The stackable feature save a lot of space. The unit its less noisy than my last washer. Even on full spin it's good. So far so good.

At approximately the third load, the washer violent shook during the spin cycle. We set up a maintenance call with Samsung but decided to continue using it with light loads and lesser spin cycles. It performed well under those conditions, so we cancelled the service call and are using it carefully. The spin cycle is very fast which I suspect contributes to it walking about the floor! Further, when installed, the installers incorrectly switched the hot and cold supply tubes, possibly because as you face the back of the washer the hot inlet is on the right rather than the expected left position as most faucets. Not Samsungs fault as it’s labeled, but could have been avoided if unit was engineered with the traditional hot/cold positioning.

Easy to do bedding with the large capacity drum. Had to use a laundromat before for blankets. This front load washer uses less water but effective

I love that it has the steam function for additional sanitizing. The washer has great capacity and I have no issues washing some of my heavier bedding.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is the 2nd Samsung Front Load washer my family has had break down around the 4 year mark. Highly disappointed w Samsung washers for longevity and quality. I tried contacting support to obtain a repair however it was stated that they would not cover any repair costs. Just had a repair man come out and they concluded the power cord needs to be replaced, door latch system has malfunctioned, and the mother board needs replaced. Total cost of repair is $850 which is silly to complete for a $699 unit. If Samsung doesn't stand behind their products this may be the last Samsung item I buy.
