Purchased about 6 weeks ago. Quite happy with this washer/dryer set so far!

Like the washer. Nice and quiet. Glad that if fit the pedestal base from my old (2009) Samsung washer. Only complaint is that there is no drum light, which I think is a necessity for a front-load washer.

Excellent washer runs good and very quiet. Easy to work.

Operates perfectly...love the features and design. My last Samsung front loader lasted for many years so I expect this one to also!

The first delivery did not work, But Best buy came out quickly and replaced this machine. With the first machine, the tub was apparently not connected correctly, and the machine was bouncing all over the place and even broke a pipe. The new machine works beautifully. Life is easy because of this! Great machine.

This was our first Samsung purchase and I can't wait to replace ALL our appliances with Samsung. We simply love everything about this set. So quiet and just too pretty to hide behind doors. Love the steam feature. And the guys that delivered & installed were the best! LaurieR

Overall great washer keeps my cloth smelling clean and does it effortlessly

This washer is so amazing I love how it hasnt smelled bad at all like other people say their front load washers smell mine has kept really good after 2 years of having it!

We just purchased this washer and so far all is good. It washes fast and quiet, compared to our old machine. We will have to see how it does in the next months in order to have a better review.

Washing machine is great! Haven’t had any problems, but you should consider getting a platform for it to sit on. Low to the floor.

Great machine, quiet, stable and quick performs without flaw

Quiet sound and notifications when starting and finishing. Multiple settings are helpful and accurate. Works very well and looks nice. Easy to load and unload.
