Gets our clothes so clean and leaves them soft. My white shirt looked new after running through with the steam settings on. Really excellent! We stacked ours with the drier too, so it freed up space too.

Is doing really well with pet hair too. I ordered the set it on black friday & i was expecting a long wait time, but it was delivered within a week! The lint catch is also dual & it’s so easy to clean after every dry.

I know it sounds iffy. But there was nothing wrong with theses items. Not even a dent. I loved the color. So i just went with it. Im glad i did there so quite. They are very modern

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.For starters we’ve had the same Samsung washer dryer set for close to 10 years but since the washer stopped draining properly we decided to get a new set vs repair. We loved Samsung and decided to order this set for it’s wonderful features like wifi and steam cleaning. Upon delivery the first issue was the dryer. After removing the massive styrofoam packaging the top of the Dryer was severely dented in and would need to be replaced. But nonbig deal since our original dryer was stull in working order. Next we connected the washer and started with a light load on a quick wash setting. The wash cycle started I watched for a few minutes to ensure it was running smoothly and then left the laundry room. A few minutes later we suddenly heard loud banging noises and vibrations was so severe I thought my ceiling fan would fall down it was shaking so hard! The laundry room was right above it. I quickly ran upstairs to see what was going on and the washer was on the spin cycle it was moving and bouncing on the floor I tried to hold it in place but I couldn’t stop it so I hit the pause button. I checked the default settings and the spin was set to high. I thought maybe this was the reason since I didn’t have a full load of clothes the setting was too high. So i set it to the lowest setting just above the “no spin” option and turned it back on. This time i stayed put to see what would happen and yes the same situation loud banging vibrations the whole thing started again. I then found reviews on other websites that had the same complaint. Clearly Samsung knows about this faulty product but they continue to sell this dangerous washer. Since there were some positive reviews I believe this machine must be part of a bad lot or manufacturing group and samsung refused to remove them. Buyers beware!

This can happen when the four washing machine legs are not all making secure contact with the ground, or if a large bulky item or a huge amount of laundry is in the washing machine.
