This is by far the best dryer ever! Not only does is not ruin my clothes, but it dries faster than any dryer I’ve ever had! I love the steam sanitize and refresh settings!

My Samsung Washer is amazing. It looks great and works even better. There are so many washing choices. It works great, but don't overload it with too much bedding.

I love this washer very quick and quite very user friendly. The washing time is so fast and it spins clothes almost dry that they don’t need as much drying time. Holds more than I expected it to as well

Washing good. Latch on door is loose and doesn't close all the time. The metal latch is loose or will move slightly causing issues when I close the door. It must be missing a gasket or washer.... Shouldn't be loose like that... It does wash great. Would be 5 Star if door closes like it should

This is my second review, apparently my first review was not approved. This washer is the worst washer I have ever owned. Purchased in December 2022 and broke on May 6th 2023. A part that supports the drum entirely broke off during the washing cycle. It took 6 days for a technician to come out. Ultimately he deemed the washer irreparable. Fast forward to over a month later, endless calls and email exchanges with Samsung, I have yet to receive my refund. I am beyond frustrated and will never buy a Samsung appliance ever again. Their customer service is a nightmare. If i could give 0 stars I would!

We’ve had this 18 months, and it was never as quiet as we thought ot should be. Just the other day, it started shaking and banging during the spin cycle. It wasnt full by any means - just kid clothes so nothing heavy - so we called a repair tech. He opened it up, and a concrete counterweight had come loose and broken. He said this type of thing shouldn’t happen, especially in this short a time of use, unless we were washing things we shouldnt have been. I don’t know how it could have been our fault, as we have always been afraid to fill to max capacity.

Bestbuy after a month of the delivery still doesnt install it. They have came 4 times and never bring the parts for the instalation. I just want they take the washer and dryer of and buy in other store that provide instalatin and costumer service.
