Broke 4 weeks after delivery. Bolts on counterweight sheard off. Samsung sending out new unit

Was damaged upon delivery very dissapointed,I will not buy at Best Buy again

We love this washer. The size and the looks of this washer are amazing!

Not even a year and one of the weights came off and wrecked the washer

it is normal that the washing machine vibrates too much that it moves from one place to another and does not stay in a stable place

The up to date sleek appearance made my dingy, boring basement look like I gave it a makeover. It's has so many user friendly features that are very useful, and has just the right type of settings for all different types of clothing, fabrics and laundry loads. I spend a lot of my time doing laundry so the things I really like about this washer, is the fact that it is energy efficient and it running time is custom to what type of load it is, so you're not wasting time over washing clothes that does not need it. That really helps me fit more loads in during the day. The washer is quiet when it's clean but I like that I can actually hear it when my load is done and ready to be put in the dryer. It is very user friendly because everyone in the household from my husband to my 14 year old is able to use it with no problems. The great feature is that I'm about to keep up with it when I'm away from home through the Smart Things app. I can control everything right from my phone, so I give it two thumbs up and would definitely recommend this washer to friends and family.

Great machine very large capacity washes well. I love that It has a spin only cycle. Rinse and spin cycle. I love the different functions. It has a delay end. And a pre-soak w/ steam function that I’ve never used. But nice to have! The only thing I do not like is how low the water reservoir is. When you need to drain But most machines are low like that but this one really is low. It’s hard to get a pan under so when I open it and drain it and gets all over the floor underneath the washing machine, it’s a hassle every time, but I have to do it. Great washing. I don’t have problems with them and I leave my door open and I spray it with cleaning spray between every fourth cycle. I guess I have a dog who sheds a lot and it does a good job of separating hair and leaving it in the trap where I can get it out I love that. It has a bleach, a softener and a soap contraption. It’s just a good looking machine it’s very heavy, tall strong durable I would recommend. !

On May 6, 2025, I purchased a Samsung brand stackable washer and dryer at the Best Buy store in Río Hondo, Bayamón, both in Platinum color. The washer is a smart 4.5 cubic foot front-loading model with steam function and super-fast washing. The dryer, on the other hand, is electric, also smart, with a capacity of 7.5 cubic feet and Steam Sanitize+ function. Among the positive aspects that motivated my selection was its modern and functional design: 1. The Platinum finish that combines well with my other appliances and its stackable format saves me space. 2. The efficient performance of the washing machine that offers fast cycles and features like steam washing that really make a difference in my dirty or odorous clothes. 3. Its smart technology since both units can be controlled from my cell phone with the SmartThings app, which makes it easy to monitor cycles and receive alerts and 4. Its generous capacity since the washing machine handles large loads well and the dryer is not far behind, which is ideal for us. I consider that we made a solid purchase for efficiency, connectivity and good design. So far, performance has been reliable and smart features bring real convenience to everyday life. The shopping experience at Best Buy was adequate, although they were not available at the time of purchase, but staff was very attentive.

I really enjoy having my new washer and dryer set. My wife is happy with the color and aesthetic that they bring to our home. The washer works wonders and is powerful but yet quite, I was worried that it would raise my water and light bill substantially but I have seen little difference to my utility bills. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THESE APPLIANCES!!! And at a affordable price

Bought a Samsung 4.5 cu. ft. Large Capacity Smart Front Load Washer and added a pedestal. Mike at the Burbank store was very patient answering questions. I am visually impaired. Controls on the front are easy to use. Also, the washer has bluetooth to use with the Samsung Smartthings app. After using it a month no problems. Clothes get clean. No damage to clothing or towels as in a laundromat. Spin cycle is relatively quiet. I personally like the little song it plays when done. Pedestal nicely raises the machine offthe floor so I don't have to bend down to take items out. Extra storage is good too. No problems wiping inside the opening to help keep it ry. Also, no roblem postponing delivery. Delivery and installation was done quickly and professionally. Highly recommend this washer.

This machine is fantastic, bought this for a town home in the city its an old building and didnt come with any appliances so the wife and i got this puppy here and she loves it! I love the energy efficiency, its high quality and feels build to last and she loves the ease of use and how quiet it is. I got deployed a month after we got it but she has only good thing sto say about it. She wants to take it with on the next move!

Love the easy options and sanitizer feature! We bought champagne color and it’s beautiful! Very quiet compared to our previous set. Love everything about it especially pedestals. It makes it so easy to do wash. No bending down and extra storage too!!

The washer has a large capacity and does a great job getting the clothes clean and is very quiet. It is very easy to use and looks good too.

It is up to what I expected: not noisy, efficient and fast washing. It is spacious and easy to chose the washing program. A minor detail is that it has no light. It's performance is excellent so far for the value.

Very quiet, very efficient with large capacity. The UI is very easy to learn. Installation very straight forward, we used the old hook up and the old one was taken away.

This is the nicest washer and dryer I’ve ever owned. I had a lot of loads to run through this to catch up on everything so I definitely put it to the test the first month I’ve owned them. I’ve probably done 30-40 loads in the first month and let me tell you everything came out so clean and the are so quiet. And best of all the are cheap to run I was expecting my electric bill to skyrocket from the electric dryer after doing so many loads in one one. But it wasn’t really that much at all and they are so quiet. Absolutely worth the price !!!!

Have you seen those tiktok videos with folks doing synchronized dancing to the end of cycle sound a samsung washing machine produces? Well all worth it! I actually love that sound, it’s pleasant (not a screeching sound like my GE dryer that literally puts my doodle in frenzy for hours trying to “get” the sound and possibly destroy it?!”) That sound is long enough also which is very helpful for someone like me who’s a busy body with a washing machine in a different floor (often forgotten if not for that sound). Which leads me to how quiet it is - except for when it’s super filled with towels, there’s that second to last spin before it’s done, which can get a bit loud, but still very much worth it for me. The size it’s perfect for our small laundry room, which is located right next to our bedroom, on the second floor. Again, still the quietest machine I have owned thus far, and I have been washing clothes since 1997, when I was handed the laundry duty, by my mother, at the age of 17 :) I haven’t tried its smart features, but honestly, not really have to - the selections on the machine are all the variety I need. I have tried almost all of them, and they work as intended. Self-cleaning is an awesome feature, especially for a house like ours with a boy who plays travel baseball and two dogs. I use it often, especially during busy seasons. The whites cycle works really well, with just a min amount of tide and chlorine (the smell of chlorine makes me sneeze so I use very little). The results are the same, and I tribute that to the machine. It self-regulates the amount of water it uses based on the load, which saves on water, also. The hybrid (touch screen and the rotating nob) it’s also better for me than just all touch screen. You can use the touch screen to customize the cycle, but with just one turn of the nob you can get all you need. It makes it husband and teenager proof :) Now that’s a smart machine :) The only thing I regret is that I didn’t get the dryer of this pair (because I had gotten a different dryer only a few month before). But I definitely plan to stick with this product on my next round. If you are in market for one - get it - you won’t regret it.
