Working very well, quiet. Used best buy to install and that was a huge help. Will have to see about the antimicrobial, last washer by different company molded quickly.

Great machines Only issue are the finish notification alarms that go on forever (play a ln entire song). Would be great to be able to customize it. It's either on or off. However, they are very quiet during cycle

I love my new Samsung washer. It's quiet and efficient and all the bells and whistles are an added bonus. I haven't hooked up Bixby yet but I am super excited that I will be able to run the machine from anywhere.

Awesome Samsung washer. I purchased the set Dryer and washer. It hold a large capacity amount of clothes. It’s got different options to wash. It’s very quiet.

I am happy with this washer. We specifically got this one because you can fit a comforter in it. I recommend getting the pedestal unless you have a ledge in the laundry room to lift it up.

This machine gets the job done. Does a great job washing and spinning the clothes almost dry. The only downfall is that there isn’t much WiFi range to connect to the internet and use Bixby.

Love it! Works great! Quiet, and the batch is done in half of the time of any other washer and drying systems I have ever used, and I have tried quite a few.

I am quite pleased with my new washer. The steam option is great on jeans. The app is a very nice touch as it alerts you when it’s done as well as show you the wash cycle and progress. Just make sure to leave your door open after you’re done washing to air out the unit. My clothes are clean and smell nice! Please note that I have 5 Samsung TVs and the dryer. I was hesitant on buying the washer because Samsung isn’t known for this type of appliance, but I am glad I did.

I’ve had this washer for several weeks. It makes very little noise and does a really good job of cleaning clothes. It’s a really good front load washer.

I bought this to replace a washer that quit working. I got it on sale and then there was another price drop so I got an additional $200 off. The washer has many features and is reliable.

The Samsung front load washer with Steam is a welcome change to our home's laundry room; to start it's controls are logical and the LED's make them easily read and enable me to take control and customize every load to the specific needs required. Clothes are thoroughly cleaned and the intuitive controls make for a simplified and less exhausting experience. The washing cycles aren't any quicker, but they are complete not requiring additional touch ups. And the low hum when it's at work is a welcomed change. The attractive champagne finish is well done and a big improvement over our dull white old machines.

So far so good! I read the reviews and was a little hesitant but so far it works great! I feel like it gives our clothes a good wash. I also like the cleaning cycle.

Love this front-load! It cleans better than top-load, quiet, alarm at the end of wash cycle, clothes several spin cycles, even the lowest spin cycle clothes come out almost dry time in the dryer.

In one word: WOW! It was delivered yesterday and I immediately had to try it. Just love when it signs at the end of the load among many other features.

I've never owned a smart washing machine, but I'm so glad I own this one. Setting it up with your phone is easy. If you prefer to customize the washing cycle with your phone, then this machine is for you. It has a laundry recipe program that allows you to select what you have in the machine and it customize the cycle best for your laundry. I don't personally use it much, but it's a nice addition to have if you want it. My favorite things about the smart app is that it can tell me when my laundry is done because I hate the ringtone that the machines have and I like that you can turn the ringtone off unlike previous washing machines.
