I’m amazed the steam really works miracles I feel like my laundry stays fresh for longer, less wrinkled up, more gentle on clothes, steam seem to work the stains. I got the washer and the matching dryer and I see big savings in detergent and softener usage. I would definitely repurchase and recommend to a friend or family member

It was also very easy to connect it to our WiFi, so that I get notifications when the wash is done, which is super conveniet. The reason for the low rating is the atrocious design of the detergent dispenser and the door gasket. Samsung recommends, both in its manual and on its website, leaving the detergent dispenser and the door open to prevent mold from forming. Unfortunately, however, opening the dispenser causes residual water to come out and form a puddle on the floor, which is a huge slip hazard. Likewise, the door gasket is designed in a way where even leaving the door slightly open doesn't get much airflow to the gasket, so its underside stays wet.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.very good products so far only had it less than 24 hours test it and self cleaned i installed it myself follow instructions and it runs perfectly finally a good upgrade than my old wash banging humming run me down machine. and this has smart phone apps i hasn't tried that yet. good stuff. don't forget if there is free delivery for membership, there is a glitch where they charge u fee, call customer support to have that waived off. then happy its delivery free as promised.

I love the cleaning power of the washer, it gets my whites really white and the time it takes to wash is shorter than my previous washer. I am proud to have the Samsung smart washer as my new washer.
