Knocking during spin cycle

The knocking causes the machine to shake and actually moved it about an inch and a half.. Called Geeksquad since we paid $300 for the extended warranty. After 2 weeks of run around and back and forth between Samsung and Geeksquad, we are told that Geeksquad can't help us and we'll have to figure it out with Samsung... So we still don't have a usable washing machine and we apparently wasted money on the extended warranty..
