Overall, good, not as great as the dryer! No way to “dry” the internal door once wash load completed. It can be days later and door still wet. Found that leaving the door cracked will dry the internal faster. Concern was about molding or mildew smell if left wet for several days. Otherwise, functions very well.

I purchased the first of these August 2019. It was good for about a month then started knocking going into and out of the spin cycle. Yes, I had removed the shipping bolts when I installed it. Credit to Samsung, they did come out and replace everything except the outside shell and the electronics. It was good for about a week then started knocking again. I drug my feet and finally called Samsung back out. The repairman found a loose damper, tightened it and again, it was good for a couple of weeks. Again, Samsung sent repairmen out, but they didn't have the correct bolts. In the interim of the bolts arriving, Samsung offered to replace the unit, which I did through Best Buy. My mistake, I got another one. It knocked from the first load, even worse than the first machine. Credit to Best Buy, they replaced it. This time I went with LG. We'll see how it works. So far it's quiet.

We got the combo for a really good price at the Best Buy store by our house. The delivery was super professional and they installed and tested everything in just a couple of minutes. The washer and dryer works better that we expected and the SmartThings option it’s just super cool. It let us know of any changes done to the cycle and when it’s finished.

This is a great washer. It wrings out clothes better than my last washer therefore it doesn’t need as much time in the dryer. The only complaint that I have is that I paid for installation and I had to do it myself. The installer said that the drain hose wasn’t long enough to reach the drain pipe. He told me that I wouldn’t be charged for installation, but I was.

Absolutely love this machine. Quite, Fast, and has a fun little jingle for the kids at the end of cycle.

Good purchase for the price. The washer works very well and meets my expectations.

Replaced a Samsung washer that lasted about 15 years. This one has been great for ten months. Now has a horrible vibration during spin cycle. Not just from an unbalanced load. Fortunately under warranty, so they are coming out to repair next week. Hope this isn’t foreboding of things to break in the future.
