We were originally reluctant to purchase a front load washer, as we had read and heard of many stories of mold and unpleasant odor build up. But, we also heard from a family member that if we left the washer door open after the last wash to allow it to dry before closing the door (usually overnight or so), we wouldn’t have those problems. So far so good! We are so pleased with this washer! The capacity is great, the clothes come out super clean, and it also looks great in our laundry room. Best Buy was also amazing. They price matched, as promised, and the techs who came to deliver and install our washer were professional, courteous, and quick!

After 10y my old machine (Samsung WF328/3.4 CuFt) died, needing expensive repair. Decided to go with this mode. Not only does it provide more capacity(4.5 CuFt) but also it's quieter and more stable when spinning. Feels like a quality product all around. Hope it also lasts a decade, as the last one.

After doing a lot of research after purchasing my first home I decided on this washer. It’s durable and it get the job done. I love the WiFi connectivity which sends a notification when the cycles are done. Holds a queen size comforter. The washer is very quiet which I love.

The Samsung 4.5 Cu. Ft. 12 Cycle Front-Loading washing is remarkable. It looks great, quiet, holds tons of wash, and has all the bells and whistles anyone could ever want. The Best Buy folks were also amazing. They remove the old washer and dryer and installed the ones without a hitch.

Absolutely the perfect washer and dryer set for me. Easy to use, quiet, and the cycles don't take long at all. My installers were great too. Lots of room in both the washer and the dryer for larger items, such as comforters too. Definitely recommend!!

This washer is great. Love the black stainless steel. Do easy to keep clean. Washer is very quiet, and gets my clothes clean. We purchased the dryer also and stacked them. Great space saver and looks really nice in our cabin.

This washing machine does what it supposed to well, get clothes clean. While it has a few less cycle options than models twice the price, it has everything anyone needs. It’s quiet, it plays cute songs at the end of a cycle and the WiFi enabled integration will send you an alert when it’s done.

My fiance and I recently bought this washer, and are loving it! We wanted a front loader, this way, once on top of the platform I built, it's at perfect height for our backs. Installation was super easy, as well as connecting it to the WiFi and making it smart (as long as you don't download the wrong app as I first did). Using the app, I get a notification when the cycle is over and therefore I can't forgot anymore about my wet laundry! You can also create your own cycle with your own settings in the app, which I wish was easier to use. Finally, we haven't used the self-cleaning mode yet, but can't wait to try it soon!

Cons: (All geek squad) - Left styrofoam laying in the driveway. 1 of the delivery guys just hung out at the truck and didn’t do much or clean up. - Unprofessional & Lazy install. MUST READ FOR THOSE WITH WASHER ISSUES. They Installed it completely unbalanced. You could see the issue. One leg wasn’t even touching. Told the delivery guy to fix it, I got annoyed by their lack of skill and effort and I just told him to leave and I did the balancing myself. If they don’t balance it right you will have draining issues, leaking issues, wobbling, vibration and very poor product experience. Pros: - After I balanced it. It’s a great machine. - Custom controls! - No issues! - if installed right, I highly recommend.

Seems very efficient, easy to operate. Haven't even begun to use all of it's options. Satisfied with the way clothes are cleaned. Quiet compared to our old front-loading washer. Love the song the washer plays when the cycle is complete! Would recommend.

Disappointed that my old Samsung washer failed after 7 years, but I was told that was about average. This new Samsung was almost identical in every way to the old one but with the addition of Bixby. I was puzzled as to why Samsung offered two identical washers which differed only in size (4.5 cf versus 5.0 cf). Since the 4.5 cf was more than $200 less expensive, that's the one I bought. It performs identically to my old one, but I have to admit that Bixby really brings it into the smartphone age. Now if it will just last for awhile.

Almost a year later. Zero issues. I have recommended Samsung Washers to family over the years. And they all have had zero problems. My mom has had hers for over 8 years. Still working well. With Appliances now a days that isn't common it seems. I enjoy the Smart things app notifying me when finished vs having to check on it. Also can check how much time is left. More you can do, but that is the main options I use. Haven't had shaking issues or had the Washer slow crawl away from original location. Washes well from my experience. Hope everyone else can say the same. Have gotten a few compliments on the looks of this, if that matters. Overall I feel it is worth it.

I’m very pleased to have chosen this washer. I was afraid it wouldn’t be large enough to accommodate a king size comforter, but it does. My last washer had a 4.0 cu capacity and this washer is 4.5 cu. I must say that the extra .5 cubits makes a difference when you own a king size bed comforter. The comforter fit really well and did not squish in. It actually had a little bit of space left. I also really love all the wash cycles as it pre sets the temperature, rinse, and soil cycles. It does an amazing job washing. I know there is a smart tech component but I haven’t tried it yet. The washer is easy to use and I absolutely love it!!!

Easy to use, quiet and it looks great. Controls easy to read. Like the large door, much better than my previous model and it's much more efficient.

Great washer, new options different from our old Samsung. Great color, finger prints wipe off easily. We decided to go with Samsung again since our older model was 12 years old and had no problems with it. This machine seems to run quieter and clean better. A lot of options. Have yet to try all the features.

i love this washer, the smart wifi features are what did it for me. My tv will tel ,e when the load is done. its also quiet and leaves clothes clean

Washer has worked great! It can connect to your phone which isn’t needed but a nice feature! It also has a smart feature that the dryer will match the previous washer setting. I did bedding in the washer so I did the bedding option, moved the items over to the dryer, turned it on and the dryer went to the bedding option with out me having to set it! Of course it is not hard to get it there but again a nice feature!

Easy to use, very quiet, huge capacity, you can download extra cycles, the only one thing is that isn't fingerprints resistant
