Likes: the larger tub relative to my previous machine; the steam option; low noise; spin cycle leaves clothes quite dry, so that less time in the dryer is necessary; nice ability to select temperature, # of rinses, etc. Cons: the machine is quite insistent that you should leave the door closed, I guess for toddler and pet safety. It bleeps at you if it thinks you left the door open for too long, like when loading or unloading. It also locks the door after the cycle is over, so you have to power it back on to unlock the door. Minor annoyances on an otherwise excellent machine. Other: the Wifi option is of dubious utility. I like being able to check on the cycle status remotely, and getting a bleep on my phone when the cycle is done. But I can't think of a time when I'd use the remote start option, or choose the cycle remotely.

Purchased just a month ago ,I’m in love with this washer! It’s easy to use, I get an alert on my smartphone when the load is done and ready to be dried .very efficient , one of the best investments I made this year. .

The washer and dryer look very sleek. We got it with the pedestal giving it a very elegant look. It has all the cycles most commonly used. Very quiet function. For the technologically adventurous, it is Wi-Fi compatible with Samsung smart things app. It gives the ability to program your washer and dryer and schedule it at your convenience. It is not completely automated requiring some intervention, but a good start in that direction. I give 5 stars based on looks, function, experience at Best Buy with the purchase & install and short experience of 3 days with washed clothes (standard) - Value for money.

This has been a great buy. We got it at a year end sale. We were looking for the wireless connectivity in a great washer. This definitely has been great quality and quiet compared to our old washer. I definitely recommend it to those looking for a washer.

So far very happy. I wasn't sure I would go back to a front loading but we chose these with the pedestal, (game changer) . Easy to use, good cleaning, and I leave the door open a little after running to let the inside dry a bit.

I have had my dryer for a few months already and I love the high tech on this product, it is silent and the features are just amazing! Best Buy products have not let me down this far, if you are thinking of getting a new Dryer this is the ONE!

I love my washer! Best investment ever. Easy to use and customize. Washes well, no damages to clothing or color so far. The black coloring is elegant and has not scuffed or show any wear in the last 6 months. Highly recommend.

The large capacity is awesome and my cloths feel way cleaner than with my old kenmore traditional washer. Less water use and less soap is a double bonus. I can now clean large loads and blankets!

I love my washer. Make sure you level it out. Made that mistake and found out it wasn't as noisy as other washer when they are not leveled... Low noise and great quality.

Phenomenal washer from Samsung. Can be stacked or side by side with the dryer. To stack them you'll need a stacking kit dough. Washes great! Super quiet. Very happy with the purchase.

We purchased a new washer and dryer. The black stainless looks great and both are easy to use. Washer starts on default of common run cycle but is easy to switch to other run cycles.

This is a replacement for our older model so for once, one of our extended warranties paid off. This machine has all the bells and whistles and so far, works great. Our favorite part is when the notice pops up on our TV or phone saying the wash is done, now we want the matching dryer so we have the same option. Highly recommend this washer, our older model worked great until we had A&E Factory Service come out to work on it and made it worse, we had a small leak on our door seal but they replaced the drum too because the original repairman heard a slight noise, never worked the same again. Fortunately, this all occurred at the end of our warranty/expected life of the washer so it paid off and now we have a brand new one!

Good washer , did break down after 2 years when a weird banging occurred. unfortunately going with a different brand.

Love the Black color. its very nice washer. I can see difference with my clothes by comparing my previous old washing machine. easy to operate and maintenance.

Runs quiet and get to the clothes nice and clean. I like the way that the touch-sensitive buttons work. However it does take a little longer than expected to run through its cycles.

Cleans effectivelyThis washer is very different from the older one I had prior. It’s easier to reach into this front loader than down into the basin of the new top letters. Controls are easy to use.

Nice washer, not noisy, cleans good, uses water economically. It has lots of cycles, but I use mostly quick wash, which I can customize in terms of number of rinses, water temperature, and how much to squeeze it.

Replaced a fifteen year old W/D ... delighted with the performance of the Samsung set. Lots of features makes washing easier for a household that does a lot of laundry.

Easy to use and quiet. Best part is the app and the delayed laundry finish. I can load it and then tell it to be done by the time I get back home. I never forget to do laundry now!

So far so good. I love this smart machine! It can be connected to wifi and notifies you via app the status of your load. My clothes get pretty clean/dry
