Great quality washer. It has many options for washing and great capacity. It reminds us when it is time to self clean.

My older washer machine broke and to repair it was going to cost $900. It was going to be cheaper to buy one. This machine was affordable and it fit well in a small space. It is roomy inside inside. It also plays a little tin when the laundry starts and when it ends.

Easy to operate with different options. Gets the cleaning job done.

I love the washer, it's very nice. It is quiet until the spin cycle when it becomes a bit loud. I am disappointed that Best buy is not accurate in their description. It says that a drainage hose is needed and not included so I purchased new fill hoses only to be told when they delivered that it had a drain hose not fill hoses and they couldn't connect it. Very disappointed. Best buy, do better.

The machine works efficiently with low noise level.

I bought an OPEN BOX Washer from Best Buy, as a brand new option wasnt available anymore. Given the option of buying one in good or excellent condition, I opted for excellent condition (and paid more for it!) but received an item that was not even in good condition! Best Buy didnt offer a delivery service for it, so I rented a truck and drove 45mins to the location that had the "excellent" condition. The item was wrapped in Bubble Paper and not visible to me, when I had professionals come to install it, it was unpacked and we discovered, that the machine did not just have a few scratches and dents, but was literally banged up, as you can see in the pictures (probably because it was on display as a stacked option!) and it was missing screws, causing the top to come off entirely, A safety issue that could have caused harm! I contacted Best Buy about this issue and for the past month have been given the run around and basically the only option given was to return the machine, which would cost me to rent another truck, get a helper unhook it, etc. - all I wanted is a credit for the difference I paid more and that seems sheer impossible for them to do... I said Id accept a store credit for it, but no one until this day was willing to help me and instead they now force me to drive 45mins to the store where I picked it up. The machine works perfectly fine, but I would advise to not buy open box devices from Best Buy! As you will not receive what you assume you ordered / paid for!

Bought white because the colors didn’t matter for us. Used that difference to purchase total tech, Better value overall that way. Don’t use half the features but my girlfriend is happy. Read a lot of mixed reviews about Samsung appliances but bundle deal was too hard to pass up and total tech will repair if anything happens.

I love this washer. I don't like that it has so many options and features. It's a little complicated at first and I found myself refereeing back to the users manual several times before actually using it. Supposedly has a feature to reduce vibration but mine does seem to vibrate a lot still. Once you figure out the right size load it is better. I'm sure once I get all the little kinks figured out I will love it. I love the little chime at the end of the load to let you know it's done. Haven't really had a chance to try all the settings yet. Love that you can choose how many rinsed and spins you want per load. I know once I get a little more confident about using it I will be very, very happy with my choice.

So far it is the best washing machine ever. It is way faster than our previous Maytag washing machine. We now want to purchase the dryer version too.
