I purchased this washer after my Whirlpool broke down less than 2 years in... The difference is amazing and I wish I would've went Samsung from the start. This machine is quiet, it has a self-clean function which automatically activates, and it plays a short song at the end of each wash!!!!! I love it.

This washing machine is great. I've had this for a little over a year now, and have not had any issues. The washer looks great, is fairly quiet, and does a good job cleaning. I have a neighbor that has one as well, and we are both quite happy with our Samsung washing machines.

I love my new appliance!!!! The washer is so quiet, I have to check to see if it is still on. And the color is perfect because it matches my refrigerator!! Also the inside is so large I can almost wash 2 loads instead of one. Great price and great purchase. Thank you Bestbuy!!!

I love my new washing machine. I love having so many choices on my wash cycles, both manual and automatic. It washes my clothing and bedding well and I like not having the agitator. The color matches all the new appliances in my new home. It’s very attractive with the black see through top.

Love my new washing machine. The laundry tub is huge and deep, it can even wash a light comforter easily. Just wish it came with a stool for people of shorter stature, so they can reach the bottom! All in all a fabulous machine with not too many extras that gets the clothes cleaned!

I am a big fan of samsung products. While the delivery was delayed, I am still happy with my purchase. Not too many wash cycles that it is annoying, but still a good selection to manage your wash. I absolutely love the tub size as I can easily wash a king size comforter without any problems. I definitely recommend this washing machine

All the appliances in my house are Samsung and I love them. This is no different! Super quiet and easy to use. I bought the pair and I’m very happy with them.

Very large, very technical machine that is energy and water efficient, and so tall I almost need a step stool to reach to the bottom of the tank. Black finish shows fingerprints.

Would have given 5 stars, but I have found with larger loads, even with the water level set to hi- the fabric softener drops to the top of the load and does not circulate into the load. I have had several loads that the fabric softener gets stuck on the top layer and does not come out. I tried rinsing several times, but it still does not come out. I had to hand wash several of the items and then add them to a separate load to re-wash. I recommend if you do a large load (and it was not overloaded) to use the downy ball instead. I like the waterjet feature. One last problem, for short people, it is difficult to get the clothes from the bottom of the tub, but that's a short people problem not necessarily the washing machine- more of an FYI.

Very nice. Thouroughly cleans. Contemporary styling and easy to use. The wash options with this machine are amazing. Completely satisfied with this washer.

THIS IS A GREAT UNIT, FOR WHAT IS WORTH THIS WAS A GREAT REPLACEMENT FOR AN OLD SAMSUNG UNIT. LOW NOISE LEVEL AND WASHER IS EFFICIENT

First Samsung Washer. First washer without the agitator and I am liking the room inside. Have used it now 4 times and wash comes out clean. No complaints, just haven't had it long enough to give it 5 stars.

It washes clothes effectively and looks really nice. It has tons if buttons for any settings you could possibly need.

LOVE the fact i can delay the end of the cycle! So clothes dont staybin washer for hours when done. HOWEVER, dont know why HOT water is an option. Water BARELY get warm on hot setting. I don't bother with the self clean setting anymore. Manual says it runs hot water to clean itself. It's not hot enough to clean the washer. Will run Straight hot water for a little bit. Then all the rest of the water is straight cold. Waste of energy.

I’ve owned this washer (and its dryer equivalent) for a year now & absolutely love them both. In the past year, the dryer door has been sensitive & stopped like 10 mins after starting. I think I put too much heavy bedding in there during those times but otherwise, both washer & dryer have been great! I love them so much I’m buying another set for my other home.

Great washing machine. Quiet and works well with large bedding and heavy towel loads. Drum is deep. It's sometimes hard to reach small items at the bottom.
