Love this washer. Great color. Cleans well and not too loud.

It's great, it is super quiet, it tells you how long the load will take and the icing in the cake is that little song it does once the load is done.... 10 out of 10 will buy again if I had to ever buy another!

This washer works as it should with no problems. The only problem i had was the delivery service. The guys the used were just lazy and didn't try to take my washer in my basement, so I told them to leave and I'll take care of it. I probably wouldn't have been so upset if they just gave an effort to attempt to take it down but they basically just wanted to drop off and go. Other than that, the washer's good.

We've never been so excited about a washing machine before! It has plenty of room for large items (and fit in our space); multiple settings and options. Have not used the water jet, yet.

I can wash my king size bed set in 1 load. And the faucet feature is perfect, because our dogs water bowl is in the wash room.

We love this! Super easy to use. The Best Buy delivery drivers are professional and friendly. They haul away my old one and make everything easy. By the way the same model in Home Depot is $80 higher. So I think I got a great deal.

This is a nice washing machine. It is easy to operate, wash the clothes clean and I like that it is a Samsung brand because I hope that it will last a very long time. The machine is quiet and not nosey and looks classy.

Love the look of this and the matching Dryer. Fits a lot of clothes and gets the job done. The only complaint is the jingle that plays when it’s done washing. Lol

Love that the agitator in the middle is gone, leaves for so much more space and bigger loads of laundry. I also really like the see-thru lid. Loving this washer so far

We have used this top load washer many times. The unit has performed well so far. When the washer is done it plays a tune to let you know that the wash is done.

This washer cleans (cleaned!!) well and I like the active jet feature. I manually selected water levels for loads as I don’t think the automatic option cleans with enough water (parts of clothes were still dry after a load, softener stains, etc). 14 months in, it started to sound like a jet engine during the spin cycle, which got louder with time to where we couldn’t converse while it was on. The bearings were gone. Warranty ended at 1 yr- about $550 to repair… had to buy a new washer. :(

The first washer we received was a lemon; with a faulty computer board. Samsung didn't have the the parts and who knows how long it would have taken! Luckily we realized just in the nick of time that Best Buy's return policy for appliances is only 15 days, so on the 15th day we asked for and were able to have it replaced. The new one is working fine for the past 20 days. We also bought the Best Buy extended warranty for peace of mind.

Great purchase, leaves clothes clean and even dry after the final spin. It offers many cycling setting, for your preference. Affordable for a Samsung item definitely recommend.

Heating element went out with in the first few months and replaced it myself rather than going through the hassle of warranty. But everything is fine now 6 months later.

Is holding up very well. Great upgrade over my previous one. Very happy with the purchase thus far. Easy to use, fast and reliable.
