We’ve had this for about a month and it’s working great. Easy to load and operate. Geek squad delivered and took away our old one. Painless experience!

Washer works great. Just don’t pay to have it hooked up. I did and they had the hot and cold water hook up on wrong. I had to do it myself. I paid them to hook it up and ended up having to doing it over.

Amazing product. I’ve always wanted my clothes to smell like my moms washing, and the way this washer does it job, definitely has my clothes smelling for weekend on end.

It’s a good washer. Does what a washer does. Has a pleasant ring to let you know the load is done. Not sure how it will hold up over time but all the knobs/buttons seem sturdy enough.

Item was originally on backorder but the scheduled delivery was great. It is for my new house so they allowed me to schedule a future date for installation!

Well I don’t think this one will rust like the last Samsung washer because the entire top is made out of plastic....seems cheep but functional. Only reason I got this brand again was because of the recall rebate Only offered on Samsung brand replacement.

Samsung always has great products from cellphones to washers . This washer does an amazing job quick and really clean .

We replaced an LG front loader with the Samsung top loader impeller and it has surpassed our expectations. So far it seems to be functioning much better.

Great washer with sensors that detect clothes and extensive load options. It also has a clear top so you are able to see your clothes being washed.

Machine excellent. Delivery ok. Dent on side of washer and scratch. Being changed out nov 9th. Love Samsung. Would recommend this to anyone looking to buy a new washer.

This was installed with delivery and this washer has met expectations. My only complaint is that I wish the jet pre-wash feature used warm water instead of cold.

The color of the washer is more of a brown while the color of the drier is what you would expect from platinum. The washer works great but between the bad coloring and the hassle of ordering, tracking the order and having to fight with Best Buy to get them to honor a delivery date, absolutely not worth it. The washer is good for washing clothes, not great for looking at, and terrible to deal with Best Buy

When my washer is washing it here at click every time it turns the clothes like a deck of cards being shuffled very loud I don't understand why it's brand new.

This is a nice washer. I like all the presets. One complaint is that I’m still trying to figure out the best setting for some specific things

I’m in love with this washing machine works with an app to tell you when it’s done and plays music! Not worth it to upgrade to steam!

Honestly it is a nice washer. I did not need all the bells and whistles and this works perfectly.

I upgraded my current washer with this one with Active Water Jet, this feature is really amazing and make rubbing stain on cloth easy inside the washer.

So far I really love this new washer. I have has zero problems with it and hope it lasts as long as the previous one did.
