After two years of use by a 6 person family, the machine has proven reliable and highly effective. It manages large loads with ease and is quiet. It does not vibrate, it is efficient with power and water usage. Most of all, it is easy to use and attractive.

Easy to use, large enough to wash my king size comforter. Very quiet. I like this top load washer because I had a front load Samsung that had a water seal go bad and leaked during use. I don't have to worry about that with this washer. I like if you set the washer not exactly to the amount of laundry you put in, it will automatically adjust water level and time during the wash.

I have had this a month. It is the most quiet washer I have ever had. The clothes are very clean and come out of the machine drier than my old washer got them. This saves me money since my dryer does not run as long. This is my first washer with no agitator and I notice the clothes are not as wrinkled. Sheets are no longer twisted together. I am very happy with this purchase.

I have had this washer for a year and a half. So far this washer has performed very well. I love the large capacity due to no center agitator. It makes it easier to wash large thick blankets and large loads of towels. The auto sense water level works very well. I love everything about this washing machine and it has performed flawlessly since I bought it.

Easy display settings and great functions like quick wash and extra rinse. Cleans clothes and esthetics pleasing.

All I can say is that I LOVE THIS washer machine, is amazing. It works very smoothly, holds big loads and makes no noise so if you have little ones or any one in the house sleeps during the day I totally recommend. And is so pretty too! I love the see thru top your able to see how much water is pouring and I think that's important for us house wives we want quality but something that makes you feel good when you use it and this is IT!

I love my new Samsung washer. The inside is big and holds a lot, I like the fact the agitator is on the bottom instead of up the middle which limits the space for clothes. It's quite and efficient am going to buy the dryer as well. Overall a great product at a great price.

I reviewed this as a set because I bought both the washer and matching dryer. I am very pleased at how they both clean and dry and how quiet they are. They look so nice,and are perfect for both small and large loads!

After keeping my old center agitator Kenmore washer happy for more than 20 years, one morning it finally washed its last load and I rushed to find a cost-effective replacement. Firstly, the wash capacity is awesome. Toss in a queen sized bedspread without blinking an eye. Next, the automatic water level setting; where has this been my entire life? No more guesswork, plus we conserve water. Then, the cycle choices range from as generic as "normal" to "waterproof" for jackets & ski clothes. If I had to list a negative (kind of) it would be the "self clean" required cycle. I get it, we want a happy and clean unit to last as long as possible, but does it have to fill my giant basin with Hot water (read: conservation)? Overall, it does the job I need with kids and pets making the laundry piles never ending. And I was able to wash 3 standard pillows at once!

I am not impress with this machine. Pro: large tub, many cycles, quiet, easy to use. con: no lint filter blankets don't wash well lint settles on top of blanket. Dark color clothes always shows the lint. need and extra spin cycle.

So far, so good. Clothes wash really well and are decently spun out for the basic loads we run. Its in my basement, so not sure about how loud it is. My only regret is that I didn't notice it doesn't have a timer, so I can pre-program a load to run later. That feature would make this a great washer.

Moved to a new home and bought the Samsung washer and dryer pair for it. My old pair was by Whirlpool. Whirlpool dryer was extremely noisy from the beginning. This washer has been great. Cleans thoroughly and I like having a timer on the panel so I know how much more time it has to complete the wash. Highly recommend.

Love this washer. Quiet, large capacity, with room for quilts and pillows. No agitator to take up precious space. Very happy with this washing machine.
