This washer is amazing. This is the first washer that I owned without an agitator and I love it. There is so much room and it is extremely quiet. It also plays a cute little song when the washer stops.

Had to pick up in the flower mound warehouse. Simple and easy process. Washer was easy to assemble and am ver happy with it!

This is a great top load washer. However, I have to complain about best buy installation people. I purchased it as a gift and she called me as soon as delivery and installation was made. The power was ON and there is no water flow to the machine. The installation people knew about it and left. They told her to call geek squad. We purchased a brand new washer and we have to call for service in first day. We were upset and we went to the resident and trouble shoot before calling for service. We found out that they did not remove a piece of tape which was located under the lid. That tape caused the lid not to close completely and water did not flow. The installation team should not leave without working the machine. The washer is working great since then.

I been using this washer for several weeks now and I really love it. It doesn’t have the agitator in the middle, so I can wash more clothes. The washer has lots of settings and the clothes come out very clean.

So far satisfied with its performance. I decided between the front load and top load and ended up with the top load as I prefer enough water for cleaning my clothes and don't want to deal with mold in the front load. I love that I can see it in operation from the glass top. I have tried using this machines for 6 washes and think I can provide some insightful feedback. The washer is rather quiet and I love the water sensing features. I monitored how accurate the water level is for each load and it nailed it every time. All the clothes were submerged in the water. No clothes stayed dry on the top. I love the different cycles but I got to try only the bedding function (apart from normal wash), I found the bedding function took very long and the timing keep adding on and at the spin phase, the water still filled the whole tub again. I'm not sure whether it's normal but in the end it finished and the bed sheet came out not wrinkled And the option to pause the machine is more useful than I thought. It will resume operation automatically.

I like my washing machine, but is does not ring clothes enough like my old machine did

No fuss not fancy but exactly what I need! I simply don't need or use many complex choices,just the basics. This is it. Cleans very well and has a cool red light on the dials!

The machine works fantastically and is a great value for the money we paid. Delivery was a challenge with a snow day. Getting it rescheduled through all the complicated phone bank system was very frustrating. But once team was able to get there, installation was fast

For years I dealt with a used washer trying to be cheap. So for me to jump into new purchase I was excited considering I was only spending 300 more. It didn’t take but a few minutes to install and was extremely light when I was moving it into my wash room. The washer machine goes unnoticed as it very quiet and undeniably simple on how to use.

We bought the washer and dryer combo both of which can take a hefty load of clothes and run quietly and efficiently. The settings make it easy to pick the perfect match for your your clothes: for instance, there’s are settings for bedclothes, heavy dirt, gentle fabrics, spin & rinse only and more. It’s also quiet. So far we are very pleased with our purchase.

This was my 2nd choice so I'm not totally in love with it lol but I appreciate the size if the drum, I finally feel confident that my comforters are clean! My king size bedding fits easy in this machine. I've also tossed in whole 20 inch throw pillows with no issues. The dispenser is a little clunky, it doesn't just glide open or close. The lid locks, the various cycles have reasonable time requirements and there's a melody when the machine is done. That said, I haven't read the entire manual, I've skipped to the important parts. I still need to learn how to disable the tones in general and how to get the app to recognize my machines ( I'm not 100% sure this set has the smart care [or whatever] capability). I needed a new washer and dryer and that's what I got. It's very large and thoroughly washes my clothes and bedding. One minor issue is the height of the washer and the depth - it's too deep for my short arm kids to reach in and grab clothes at the bottom... Not a deal breaker but I was honestly looking forward to them doing their own laundry! There were some issues with customer service and I won't be purchasing appliances from best buy anymore but that doesn't negate the quality of the machines I purchased.

Our washing machine stopped working and we needed a replacement in a hurry. My wife picked this Samsung and it was a good choice. It is quiet works well, and my wife loves it. We went to many places to get one with lead times of weeks until we went to Best Buy and they installed it two days later. Great machine and great store.
