No frills and effective. More capacity and less tech for it to break

We ate very impressed the quality of this washing machine. User friendly and quiet.

I bought Samsung 4.5 cu Top Load washer machine on April 5th, 2021. So far I like my washer, washed my laundry cleaner than my old one. It didn't make a loud noise, very quite during operation. And it made a soft music when it finished the washing. It didn't need a lot of detergent, I used liquid detergent.

Got it at the Best Buy Open Box in Fairfield, Ca. Great price and no issues with the unit so far. This is the second big ticket item I've gotten from this store (the other being a freezer) and the service and price has been awesome.

My first washer I’ve ever purchased and it’s been perfect. Great size, does everything I need it to. It’s quiet and I really don’t even know it’s in. The delivery and installation were both free. They came fast and were in and out with no issues. A great expierence

Wasn’t sure about buying this washing machine, the last one I brought was from another store! Only lasted 4 years! I went back to my favorite store and got this one, and so far do good! I love this washing machine!! Good price , nice size and very quiet!! This , was a good buy

Works perfectly. Not noisy at all and runs smooth on every setting. Highly recommend. Only had it for 2 months so far as long as it holds up it’s definitely worth it.

Does what it's supposed to do and it's big enough to handle a queen sized comforter. Would be 5 stars if I could turn off the chime that plays when the cycle ends. A 30 second song every time a load is done is about 20 seconds too long and gets old fast.

Wonderful machine - Super quiet with many options to pick when washing different items of clothing. Though I'm used to my older machine that would take only 30 minutes for a wash - It takes some getting used to with the new timing - but it does an excellent job with all the items I wash.

I’ve had my washer since we moved into our house 4 yrs ago. It was a 10 yr old washer with a dial and an agitator. We had to upgrade recently and purchased this washer based on the reviews. It did not disappoint!! Very easy to use, very quiet, and most importantly comes at a great price! Go get yourself one!

I purchased this same washer 4 yrs ago. I also purchased the 5 yr warranty. As with any of my purchases, Best Buy backs its purchases & products. My washer is a very good washer & I really love it. It did experience a balance problem, Best Buy came out & appraised the situation. The washer would cost more to repair than to replace, therefore, I was given a new washer of my choice of the same value. I went with same Washer. Customer service has built businesses in this country. I have grown up on it, but now it’s a rare occurrence. Love BEST BUY. Do not change.

I love that this washer tells me when clothes are ready and that it has an extra large tub. When I start the wash depending on the cycle it tells me how many minutes it will take to wash too.

Love this washing machine. Lots of room for a relatively small machine (width wise). I had a fairly small space to fit the washer and dryer, and the fit perfectly. Very satisfied so far.

It's a fully automated system. It cleaned clothes very well no stains at all. Even it works great with heavy loads.
