This washer does a great job getting my clothes clean. This is the first washer I have purchased that did not have an agitator. I was worried that it may not clean my clothes as well but it does. I especially like all of the extra room in the drum when I wash heavy blankets and comforters.

We’ve had our new washer up and running for a few weeks now, and love it. Night and day difference of our previous Whirpool. Very quiet. A variety of settings that actually do as their intended. Spin cycle works well, and no soggy clothes going in the dryer.

Delivered efficiently and self installed in about an hour. Limited instruction manual that was not very helpful. Downloaded a complete version off the internet which simplified the installation and use. This unit replaced a 12 year old washer that while effective and efficient did not come close to the new technology. This unit will save water and energy as well as time. My best liked feature was the anti vibration system. With various size loads and without fail you sometimes wonder if it is operating wash or spin.

Love this machine. It is so quiet and does a fabulous job with my laundry! Had one similar to this before and gave to our daughter and bought this one and am very pleased.

I love my new Samsung washer because it has a water level choice for every load, my old washer did not have this. I feel that my clothes are cleaner and the detergent is rinsed out. Also, it is large enough to wash king size sheets. Plus it has a 30 yr warranty on the motor, many manufactures do not have this.

Compact, smaller than I was expecting which is great for saving space. Quiet and easy to use.

So far this new washer is great. The booklet it came with needs a few more details on how to set up the extra rinse but otherwise I'm pleased with it.

LOVE this washer. Multiple settings, large capacity, ease of use. This washer has it all. The only downside, if you are short, like my wife, you have to have a step to reach the bottom to get clothes out. The capacity is that large!!! Cuts our weekly laundry time in half!!!

Purchased to replace 10+ year old washer that came with our place. This washer is pretty quiet, easy to use. Depending on the preset wash type you choose, wash may take anywhere between 37 minutes to 1 hour 17 minutes to complete (digital clock shows estimated time and counts down after it starts). Pretty satisfied and confident that it will last for some time.

So happy when this arrived after not having a washer for months! Delivery went smoothly, and the washer is easy to use and good quality. Love it.

I love this washer! It is quiet and does a great job. I am short and I love that I can turn the drum to retrieve the clothes on the backside.

It has a large enough tub size for a king comforter Has enough options to wash every way I can concieve. The lack of an agitator (it uses an impeller system), is a very much gentler way to clean your clothes. Samsung is a highly reguarded manufacturer who markets superior quality products. Installation was the most professional i have ever experienced.

I like the beginning able to wash larger loads but without the agitator I don't feel the clothes are quite as clean and the average load takes over 1 hour to complete
