It is very quiet with little vibration. It has numerous options for type of wash, temperature of water and water levels which I appreciate, therefore reducing the amount of water used on small loads. I also love that it shows the amount of time each load will take to wash. I highly recommend this Samsung washer.

Effective cleaner

I didn’t think I would like the new washer because it didn’t have the middle friction pole like my old whirlpool washer but I was so wrong. I like the fact that without the middle pole I have more space in my Samsung washer and it cleans so well.

I like that it fits the tight space, runs quieter and has the nice features I am used to!

I couldn’t figure out where to add a detergent booster like OxiClean, so I just add it to the wash basin before I add my clothes/towels, etc, and all was well with that. Happy with my purchase!

Nice washer, good price. The spin cycle is not as effective as it should be at removing water, also very strange that there is no preset cycle for washing whites (as on every other washing machine on the market). Also makes us crazy that there is no way to turn off the musical chime! Reading the instructions requires you to scan barcode on your phone. When it is installed, you need to do an initial balance setting session, which our delivery team knew nothing about, and we only found it later when reading online instructions. A sheet attached with that piece of info would have been valuable. Overall it is doing the job.

I thought it would be difficult to use but the instructions were pretty easy. Also thought I would not like that there is no agitator but so far it’s fine.

Samsung top loader replaced front loader

We purposely moved to a top loader due to issues faced with front loader and couldn’t be happier we did. We can get the same amount (or more) of clothes in 4,6 as we did in a 5.0 top loader which saved us money. This Samsung washer has been working like a champ since installation and requires no additional work in order to prevent a mold smell. It had all the features you’d need and would expect to have a lifetime great washing, highly recommended item!!!

Love my washer

Installed very professionally, it's quiet, and has a ice cream truck sound when the load is finished. Easy to use, great price overall. Only downfall was it took over 2 months for arrival. Bought it in December and it arrived in February.

Ordered it on August 25th and received it on the 27th. Really like the fact that it doesn't have and agitator running up the middle of the drum. Many functions that I have not even tested out yet. Washes great, nice and quiet.
