love this large capacity washer, easy to use, washes great and sings when its done!

I love the washer it’s has a lot a room also the delivery was on time and on point pretty much effortless I also like the different settings on there and the options it gives us it definitely cleans our clothes we were used to the laundry mat for 4years this has been a blessing

Used it for two months now abs it’s been very good. Very easy to use and very quiet as well.

So far so good. I like the simplicity of the buttons, it’s not too overwhelming. I really like the see through feature on the top, the lid. It’s very fascinating for my toddler to watch lol she loves doing laundry with me and being able to see the clothes spin and water come out. Also it’s a great convenience that I can pause the cycle and though in any last minute socks or shirts, etc.

As far as the product itself, we're happy with it. It's nice to be able to see the items inside even if the wash cycle is going. We used to have an agitator, but this washer uses an impeller. This actually frees up space and makes it easier to load and unload. Re: salesperson promise vs. installation reality... that's where I was very tempted to rate this as POOR, but that wouldn't be fair to the product itself. We were told that we would have to purchase a new set of hoses even though we didn't need any. He assured us that we could bring it back for a refund when the installers showed up with it. The installer barely gave me a chance to even stop him from installing new hoses, and he told me they are required to install those new hoses!!! I was out the $35 that it cost for these as a result, and I imagine that someone will get my hoses re-purposed --- which were in excellent condition!!!

This washer is amazing and very easy to use. I loved it so much I bought one for my mom.

Love the way this washer works! Its not too fancy but still is an upgrade from my old washer. Cleans everything well and is very stable.

I only have one issue with this machine so far. There is a BUZZ that I thought was a malfunctioning part within the machine. Not so, it is just loud. it only happens at the start of the cycle. The machine work well just loud at the start of the cycle.

Ive had this washer for about a month now and i love it. It holds a lot of clothes and even with a full load my clothes look and smell clean. My old washer definitely was not doing as good a job as this one.

I’ve been very pleased with the washer. It is easy to operate and has a good-sized tub. The spin cycle is excellent at removing water. I bought it online and picked it up at the store without any issues.

Nice, large washer that is pretty quiet. Easy to use. Only con for me is that it does not have a setting to start cycle at a later time. Overall, good washer.

same controls as my old samsung, except it doesn't remember any previous settings, only goes to default settings. good capacity and does everything that i want it to.

Purchased this washer and wasn’t sure how I’d like a top loader without an agitator but it has done a great job so far.

Our washer went out over the holidays . When we went to look at Samsung and this was the only one that wasn’t on recall . Also available for delivery within a week. I’ve never had a Samsung before and really like mine.LOVE when it’s finished it plays a tune
