First washer I’ve ever bought and so far it’s everything I need. I’ve even washed a quilt in it and it did fine. I keep my washer/dryer covered because I like to keep it dust free lol

Cycle restart and never finish also makes a loud noise like parts inside are loose. This is my biggest regret do not go for the price because this is just pure waste of money

Some clothing had dry spots on them and the washer was on high/deep wash with a less then medium load. I have never used a washer where my clothes went in dirty and came out dirty. Exchanging for washer with agitator. I’m 41 been doing clothes since I was 7 this washer is a joke.

Great Washer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Samsung washer is magnificent! It does an amazing job in cleaning in cleaning our clothes. But thats an understatement, never have I seen in my lifetime of 43 years a washer to be able to get out hair die from a towel but this Samsung washer, granted I set it for deep clean, it was able to save my favorite from hair die. Needless to say I was shocked! So I decided to throw in a few pair pairs of tan khaki shorts the I had written off but practically brand new but I had destroyed (or at least I thought I had) by working on cars with them and they had grease stains imbedded in them and no matter how many times I washed them the grease was always noticeable. I threw a couple pairs in and lo and behold the stains had come out. I have started joking around with my gf that she came and switched out my shorts cause she would always get on my case for wearing shorts that had car grease and lube stains on. Not anymore. And to top it off I don't even have to close the door the to laundry room when the washer and drier run, they are just so divinely quiet. I brag to my friends that if they have never used a Samsung washer that they need too, some of my friends look at my like I am crazy when I say that but it don't matter cause I am wearing my favorite best fitting in shorts when a few weeks ago my gf was trying to convince me to throw them away. And I wouldn't being doing the washer any justice if I didn't mention the unbelievable capacity, I was able to wash a queen size comforter with out a problem, which I used to have to take to the laundromat because it wouldn't even come close to fitting in my old washer. Oh and I almost forgot, it is mesmerizing and fascinating to stand and watch laundry being washed looking through the glass top.
