Honestly I debated multiple washers for several months and I chose this one and I can proudly say I do not regret my decision. This washer is wonderful it has so many options on what to clean and has a self clean system. I got it mainly for it to be quiet and to keep up with big wash cycles and I have had it for several months and it hasn’t let me down not once everything comes out very clean. The only downside is if you’re short it may be a struggle sometimes I use a step stool and keep it by the washer just for some ease but it’s not a big deal to me cause of all the other wonderful perks. It was fairly inexpensive as well. I’m definitely happy with my decision and I think it’ll last for many years to come.

I bought this Samsumg clothes washing machine to replace my older 13 year old Amana one. It has been a great upgrade so far. It's easy to use and can hold a lot more clothes versus my old Amana. From what I've noticed after about a month of using this washing machine is that its kind of harsh on my clothes. But I learned that I can easily fix that by using linen bags for my delicates and/or adding more clothes to my loads. It's also very quiet. I think my only problem would be that it's "too quiet" even with the chime when loads are finished.

This washer & dryer combo is perfect for my apartment and worth every penny. I did some research before purchasing these units and all of the reviews had good things to say. After my first wash & dry, I see why. The washer machine is really quiet and gets your clothes clean in the first wash. I love that it's deep enough for my comforter sets and pillows. You can pack quite a few items in both the washer & dryer. Both units are easy to use. No instructions needed. The dryer works perfectly with heavy blankets. Just set the timer and go. I also like that both units provide a singing option to let you know when your clothes are ready. I highly recommend both units.

It is one of the best washer i have installed in last 50 years. All the guess work is out. very simple instructions. easy to follow. Load clothes (daily use), Turn on Power, Press start button. Ensure use your choice if detergent. cloths will be washed in less than one hour. (Depending on load size, as well as water level we select). Greek Square personnel not only installed, but provided very useful guide lines for use of appliance. Washer has self clean feature & reminds us when 20 loads are washed it autometically blinks light, & guides us to unload washer and start self clean cycle. which is excellent. we all should read all the instructions.

I have a family of four including my 10 year old son and 8 year old daughter. I believe my daughter thinks she is a fashion model because I have never seen someone change outfits as many times a day as she does. We usually end up doing at least 2 loads of laundry a day, sometimes more on the weekend, so when it came time to replacing our very old washer and dryer we knew we needed one that was up to the task. The first thing I will mention that I love, is the size. Samsung has done a great job in offering a lot of space in a more compact design. My biggest complaint about whoever designs standard laundry rooms in houses is that they are not big enough, and the appliances usually stick out to the door and make it hard to maneuver around. This washing machine is slightly taller and skinnier than our old one so it fits our laundry room much better while providing more cubic space for clothes. The next thing that I truly appreciate is the noise level. It is basically non-existent. Our old washing machine sounded like a hurricane was fast approaching, the Samsung Washer is virtually silent. It also offers several great washing settings and an easy to use control system that makes getting our clothes cleaned properly every time simple and easy. I also appreciate the ability to be able to see into the washing machine which is something with a top loader that you don't think about until you have experienced it. My only semi-complaint would be that I was under the impression that the washer and dryer could be set up with the Samsung Smartthings App, but instead you have to download the Samsung Washer App and even there it is limited functionality. After spending a while on the phone with Samsung, so far we have not been able to actually connect the washing machine, but can use the diagnostic tool. At this point, we don't have any problems for me to verify that that service is working, but it appears to be. It would have been nice to control the washer via my phone & voice, but I guess that could be more of a novelty anyway and it doesn't take away from how much more convenient this washing machine makes my family's life.

Overall, this washer is a fantastic blend of performance, quiet operation, and smart design. It’s a solid investment that makes laundry feel less like a chore.

Very easy to set up. The size is very large making it easy to do large amounts of laundry. I've noticed less tears in my clothing with no agitator. It takes a little longer than what I'm used to, but there's essentially no noise and clothes are smelling cleaner as they're done.

I absolutely love my new washer! It’s so quiet i barely know it’s running and I love the huge capacity. My clothes are cleaner than ever, and I’m loving the fact that there is no agitater which saves time. I just dump the clothes in from the basket, add the detergent and turn it on.

I'm giving Peter and Jeremy 5 stars for a quick, professional delivery and installation job! Washer and Dryer are working great, thank you very much! Also 5 STARS to Best Buy for some great financing options, that's why I usually get my Appliances and Computers there. 18 months at 0% interest is great! Now to the actual scheduling of the installation appointment.... I will have to give Best Buy 1 Star for not scheduling the appointment AS AGREED upon. On the day I purchased the washer/dryer, I tried to get the installation done on my days off and they did not have that option open, even within a month (Maybe to they don't deliver/install on certain days?). So the floor guy who sold me the washer/dryer said the next available day for delivery/install would be Saturday between 7A and 7P. I said that will ONLY work if it could be between 7A and 12P that day, since I have to go to work at 1P on Saturday. He put in some Notes on my purchase order and said it wouldn't be a problem and they will do the delivery and installation between 7A and 12P on that Saturday. Being the extra cautious person I am (I like double confirming ALL important events) I physically went back to the store a few days before the delivery and installation were going to take place to CONFIRM the time again. The person at the counter said I was confirmed for 7A to 12P delivery/installation of my washer/dryer for the next Saturday (I believe it was Thursday when I went in to the Smokey Point Best Buy). On the Friday, the day before the delivery/installation I get an email confirming that the delivery and installation of the washer and dryer will be on Saturday, between the hours of 1:30P to 6:00P?!?!?! I called Best Buy told them I confirmed the Time twice!! The person on the phone said they couldn't change the time but they could cancel the delivery and reschedule!?!?! Anyway I called work said I may be late. The whole point when I purchased and confirmed TWICE the importance of the TIME was very not professional of Best Buy. If they had been up front with me about the correct time in the first place I would have set up a time and date that would have worked

I purchased this after our 20+ year old Sears special Kenmore that came with our house stopped spinning and agitating. I was a bit skeptical of a top load washing machine without an agitator, but so far this one has cleaned better than our old kenmore ever did. While the UI is confusing if you don't read the manual, it was easy to get accustomed to once I did. This thing is packed with plenty of load cycle, water level, and temperature options to fit anything you may need to throw in it. The self balancing/calibration feature is great as well, and the Unbalanced load protection pause/beep is a welcomed change from hearing the spin cycle bang against the tub walls late at night. The auto level water selection is a great feature and helps get the perfect amount of water to clean any load size. I was a bit concerned with HE and having issues with pet hair, but so far this washer has pushed far less dog hair through our drain net than the previous. It seems to ball it up during the spin cycle, making it easy to remove in small dry clumps once the cycle has finished. While on the topic of spin cycle; it's FANTASTIC. Clothes come out of this thing almost dry it's so efficient. I've been able to cut drying times in half since my last washing machine, and as long as this thing has half the longevity of my previous machine, I'll be happy. This thing is QUIET, so it's hard to tell if it's even running at times. The music that plays at the end of the cycle is great for that reason, though it would be nice if it could be disabled for those that run laundry at night like myself. Cons- The self locking lid is a bit annoying after having an old washer that you could open at any time. Having to press the pause and resume button every time you want to add an article of clothing you missed gets a bit monotonous. With that said, it's been a fantastic machine for the value thus far,

Works great no issues easy set up cleans better then my old Maytag agitator and gets more stains out and was light enough I got it down the stairs by my self they package it well so you can just slide it down the stairs and set it right up

I love my Samsung washer. It was just what I wanted. Large capacity and super quiet. Ordered it online and it was delivered to my house in just a few days. The service from Best Buy was spot on. Looking forward to many years of use.

I have used this washer several times since the purchase and it works great. I’ve done hot, cold and warm loads and they all came out clean and smelling good. Extra large loads are no problem with the high water setting.

This is the washer of my dreams. I can watch my clothes from the top view, and it is so quiet and easy to use. I love the little sound it makes when you turn it on, and the technology sounds so sophisticated. This is an efficient product with touch operations. You can barely hear it vibrate. it is very easy to operate, you will absolutely love this one. Go get one, you are gonna love me!
