Samsung washer and dryer not only look great they work great.

When it was on clearance, the price was awesome but we had so many technical issues during the time we owned it. Bestbuy was pretty helpful to help us to exchange with another front load washer.

The item was defective brand new, Bestbuy Geeksquad warranty couldn't repair it due to living outside their repair area. Geeksquad referred us to contact Samsung warranty, it has been a month without being able to use the washing machine and waiting on a resolution. Requested and completed a refund on the Geeksquad warranty.

I love my new washer! Its quiet, I love all the phone features and auto dispense. Im currently saving to purchase the dryer as well. Got a great deal on this washer, its a must buy!

I have had this washer for about 4 months and haven't had any issues so far. It does its job well. I have washed my king size comforter with no problems. The Auto Dispense was what drew me to this particular model and it doesn't disappoint. There are two auto dispensing tanks (detergent and fabric softener) and each appear to be about 1 liter capacity. Using the default settings for both lasts about 32 washes. Just one less thing to worry about. There is a Delay End setting, which I use quite a bit. I set it at night and throw my clothes in. It finishes just as I am waking up and I put the load into the dryer. No more mildew from wet clothes sitting in the washer all night. Connection to the Smartthings app is a nice touch. You can receive notifications on your phone when the cycle is complete. You can also control the washer and create custom wash cycles from the app. The control menu is simple and easy to use.

I bought the wash machine about one month, it worked excellent.

PLEASE! DO NOT BUY Samsung appliances! They break! (Our Maytag lasted nearly 30 years. Our Samsung didn't last 6.) Worse, Samsung has designed a "customer service" and repair process that will frustrate you to the point that you will kick your $700.00, six year old washing machine to the curb rather than jump over all the hurdles Samsung puts in front of you to have your machine fixed. They are obviously only interested in their next sale, not in helping existing customers. Trust me, you will regret buying Samsung.

I purchase a brand new washer and dryer from Bestbuy. After less than 2 months and little use, the washer stopped working with my clothes inside. I called Bestbuy and they could not help. I was referred to Samsung and it has been a nightmare. Samsung sent several technicians none of which could fix the washer. It’s been almost a month and I am still without a washer. Each technician brings a part that does not work. The last tech came on 1/5/24 and the part he brought was defective. Samsung refuses to replace the defective washer or issue a refund. I am very disappointed in their service and will never purchase a Samsung product again.
