Excellent product and installation went very smooth

love this item washing has never been so easy the store sold me a great prodouct

The unit is beautiful, but I find it very complicated to use. I don’t like that there’s one knob to control both the washer & dryer. I find it very labor intensive to just do laundry. Also, it takes at least 45+ minutes to wash a basic load and at least that long if not longer for the clothes to dry.

I purchased this washer and dryer combo set in the store after I inspected its condition. It was an excellent condition and I scheduled it to be delivered to my new home in two weeks when I got keys. The morning of the delivery I got a call from Best Buy telling me I had no choice but to cancel the order because the item was damaged. I told them I bought the warranty so I would just use the warranty to fix whatever was damaged. They continued to demand. I canceled the item and said I had no other choice that they would not fix it. They told me they would help me purchase a brand new one which was three times the cost because it was not open box deal. They told me I had to go to the store to get any further assistance. When I got to the store and explain the situation asking for some sort of a discount, the employee told me the same exact thing happened to him when he purchased a refrigerator. He said there was no recourse. He also said other customers were running into the same problem with being told. Things were damaged and their orders were canceled with open box purchases. He sent me to another store and said they had an open box of the same item. When I got there, it was a brand new one and they offered no discount. I decided to make my purchase at Wayfair so I could get a better deal and rewards.

The washer/dryer is very nice looking and seems to work well. However, I think that aspects of the Samsung design here are practically insane and very very exasperating. The washer very nicely announces to me on my Amazon Echo that my wash is done. When I go to move the wash from the washer to the dryer, however, I cannot. The door is locked. Is there a button to unlock the door? No. Does the user manual tell me how to unlock the door? No. Do I have to crouch uncomfortably in front of the washer for several minutes pushing buttons, unintentionally restarting and stopping the washer until I finally figure out some mysterious and non-repeatable combination of button presses that finally unlocks the door and allows me access to my laundry? Yes. Is Samsung incapable of understanding hiw insane and exasperating this might be for people who have just spent $2000 for a new high-tech washing machine? I guess so. Probably for the same reason that their installation instructions are so utterly vague and unhelpful. Be sure to level the unit on installation even though there’s no way to know how or which way to turn the fiddly nearly inaccessible screw feet to do so. “Good luck with that” says Samsung, who just couldn’t care less how frustrated you might be. “We make billions of dollars a year but can’t afford to hire a sentient being who can write instructions.” If you don’t believe me, go to their website and try to find out how to unlock your washing machine so you can transfer the clothes to the dryer. I promise you that whatever you find out will not work and the washer will still be locked. Good luck with that!

All I can say there are the best I highly recommend them

Works great on small loads. Any load size medium to large takes a very long time to wash and dry. I returned the unit because of the time. Also, there are 4 shipping bolts in the back of the unit that need to be removed before use that they don't tell you about...

Very quiet when running. Controls are very intuitive. I thoroughly enjoy how often i do not have to load the laundry detergent and fabric softener because I can fill it and the washer determines how much to dispense. This was a great buy.

The unit itself is okay, if i had to repurchase i would not, it takes a little bit to figure out. The delivery from the beginning has been a nightmare, first set the delivery guys dropped so we had to wait for a replacement which i had to contact them cause they didn't contact me about it. The second was not delivered when promised. Finally get the delivery date for the second unit and they delivery it and tear up the laundry room flooring moving the unit in. The guys takes pictures and put a claim in and i hear nothing from them for a month so i Finally get ahold of them and still in the process of getting my flooring fixed. Been a mess

I really like my purchase of the Samsung washer and dryer! I’ve been wanting a new washer and dryer for years but couldn’t find a good deal or a set that I liked. I’m glad I found this set and right when I moved into my new place! They look great in my space!

The washer and dryer as one unit has saved us a ton of space in the laundry room. The controls are not the easiest to navigate if you are not tech friendly. We have not had any real issues with the unit.

Excellent product. Digital display that works with soft touch. Many dfferent settings to choose from. Washes clothing throuroughly. Great buy even with open box!

Bought this unit after having an all-in-one other brand unit. It used to take 4+hrs for 1 load wash&dry. This unit completes a load in 1.5hrs or less!!!

Solid washer/dryer. I do like how it integrates with our other Samsung products, but feel like the AI cycles don't detect if items are dry (they seem to miss moisture in wrinkles/creases)

Leakanddo dry. Dint like itatall. To expensive for quality
