Rescheduled my whole day for installation and best buy cancelled without even letting me know. Supposedly they had to reschedule because unit was making a weird sound. They sent me a confirmation of my appointment the evening before!

They tried to open it and move it two unit but couldnt do it.so they left me with option to refuse the delivery or install it in basement. I choose to refuse the delivery.
