I paid for the Geek squad protection for 5 years and they said they couldnt help or tried to help because it was still hnder warranty, so why did I pay for Geek squad protection. Samsung hired a third party technician that doesnt seem to want to help. DO NOT BUY, and dont buy any protection its useless.
