Big capacity, quiet, and very user friendly. Have not had any issues.

We were looking for a larger washer that would handle king size comforters. This washer is HUGE, can handle multiple twin size comforters. So far it exceeds expectations.

Efficient and quiet. Handles Queen size bedding with plenty of room. Handles all the dogs bedding with no problem either.....cleans well.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well this machine cleans without an agitator. Quiet and easy to use. All the settings you need and you use less detergent

At first I didn't think my washer was washing my clothes because it was quiet and moving Kind of slow but my clothes came out clean and I was able to put a lot of clothes inside the washer, I love it but the only thing is if ur short like me than u will have to almost jump in to get yours clothes

It's quiet, and does an excellent job of cleaning. The deep tub easily holds large loads, and/or blankets.

this washer is very efficient. It is quiet and has the capacity to wash practically anything. Not had this very long but very satisfied so far.

The washer is great. Quiet, can handle large loads, and my laundry seems significantly cleaner than when washed with my front loading washer.

The washer has a huge tub! In my old washer, it would take 2 or 3 loads what this one can do in 1. The controls are simple to use. It's very quiet. I also like the fact that you don't have to choose a water level. This washer automatically adjusts the water level according to the amount of clothes in it.

My first shock when researching washing machines was no agitator. It has a big open tub. Tells you how long it has been! I now have to look for high efficiency detergent, etc., which is not a problem. The dashboard is easy to use; the machine determines the size of the load. I just throw in clothes, tell it to start and away it goes. The way the machine works is very different than older machines, so be sure to read about them so you know they are working correctly. It will give you peace of mind. :-) If you are short, you will need a stool to step up on to get the clothes out of the machine, then lean wayyyy down inside. At first I did not think it was that tall....until I had to get the clean clothes out! It is a deep tub and I have to lean way over to get them out of the bottom..a little uncomfortable at times. I am 5'5" tall if that gives you an idea. Other than that, all is good.

Bought this because I love Samsung and this had every feature I was looking for in a washer. Unfortunately, I ordered online without seeing it in the store. So it was only after it was delivered that I found out that I was too short (5'2") to reach the bottom; even using a step ladder. Being that I'm almost 50, I couldn't see myself doing this for the next 10+ years. So I ended up exchanging this for a Samsung front-loader machine.

Great washer. Very large capacity can wash a large comforter with ease. Easy to use. Does a great job. Looks great too!

Wonderful washer that does everything I need and more, huge size can accommodate three loads worth of laundry I did with my old washer! Had it now for 2 months and no issues. Was not impressed however with Best Buy's delivery, they hired a third party company due to overflow with their Memorial Day sale. The first delivery men were nice but showed up in an unlabeled Pensky truck. They unboxed everything outside my home and then brought them in, proceeding to leave several scratches on the washer and dryer from the lifting equipment and going thru tight door ways. Had to have a new set re-delivered. We had them leave them in the box the second time so we could unpack and carefully move them into the space ourselves. Got the washer on Memorial Day sale for $599. The delivery issues are now a distant memory given the washer is so nice, but I will be weary of that the next time I get a good Best Buy sale.

I have now used my new washer a half dozen times and it works flawlessly. I had a top line Samsung front loader at my former home and the door leaked and I had to get on my hands and knees to get the clothes out of it. This top loader works as smoothly as the front loader, does not leak and is easier to unload.

Washer is very easy to program. It cleans very well and operation is quiet compared to our previous GE.

After much research I ended up going with this washer. It has a tremendous amount of capacity which helps to wash multiple loads. It seems like at first it has an overwhelming amount of features, but really all the features are very functional. It is very easy to use and does a great job washing the clothes. Make sure to use high efficiency detergents.

Absolutely love my new washer & dryer set. I cant wait to have laundry to do. First day I washed our bulky king size comforter. It's really nice to be able to wash anything in there. Also loce that it's so quiet.

I have not had the issues that others are saying. It washes clothes just fine. It takes twice as long to wash a load, but it also holds twice as much so it evens out. Buy it.

We have had this machine for well over a month and it has been easy to use. This is our first high efficiency washer so we had to get used to the longer wash cycles. Longer wash times haven't been a problem since wash loads can be larger. We are spending less time on our laundry in general and it has been very clean.

Really like this HE top load washing machine. Controls are easy to understand and use - I was looking for good functionality but not all the bells and whistles. Machine is fairly quiet. Really like that water level automatically adjusts to the load size. Clothes seem to get nice and clean, although come out of wash a little wetter than expected. It is a very deep washing machine so really requires a good reach to get clothes from the bottom. Overall, very satisfied with this purchase.
