Not a fan. It's crazy deep. I'm 5'8" & struggle to reach socks at the bottom. It plays a whole song when the load is done. The timer isn't really a timer, it's more like a suggested amount of time before the machine senses everything for you. Heavy duty setting showed like hour & a half, three hours later, still washing. The spin only, adds water & takes forever. And my clothes get tangled up in each other. Thinking about what I do like, it's pretty & runs fairly quiet. Overall, not a fan. In fact, I exhanged the set.

I really only purchased this washing machine because the brand that I currently owned did not have a quick wash cycle and I was very tired of it taking an hour or more to wash a load of clothes and I am so happy that I chose this one. It has every feature that I could ask for except the one where you can choose a small, medium, or large load. It does have the deep fill option which I use a lot. Plus, if the deep fill option doesn't fill the tub enough to cover what I have in there, it has a button inside of the tub that you can push to add more water. It is very quiet and plays a nice little melody when the cycle has completed. A nice little bonus is the clear glass lid that "soft" closes. If I had one complaint about this it would be that if you add just a tad too much fabric softener, when you close that dispenser, it will completely drain all that right onto your unwashed clothes if you already have them in the tub or just right onto the bottom of your tub. All in all, this was a great purchase and I hope to have many years of good use out of it.

GReat quality. Noise level is really surprising and we really like that it has many features. At the end of the cycle it plays a short sound to notify you that it is complete.

I exchanged the wirlpool that has there movable agitator for this samsung and its been 3 weeks of usage. I am for the most part very happy. Easy to use. Lots of options per wash cycle selection. The agitator is strong not flimsy like the wirlpool. The agitator is dual motion. So thatsa plus. Meaning the agitator goes one way the drum the other. Moves clothes around good. Clothes moves around good during wash. Nice dispenser in the machine. Only downfall is during normal wash it seems to not use enough water. I believe clothes dont fully soaked and washed in a bigger load. And u cant use deep fill for a normal cycle. I just use the other cycle and hit deep fill and water does fill to soak all clothes. Its been 3 weeks as i said of good usage for a big family. I gove it a good 9 out of 10.

Purchased this washer to replace a GE that had finally gone bad. We purchase Samsung W/Ds for all of our rental properties in the MD/VA area and they normally run without issue. They look good, have lots of options, and the prices are reasonable as well. They stand up to the hard use of tenants, as well, which is important to me.

The washing machine itself is beautiful but the issue I had is the agitator doesn't start from the bottom it starts quite a bit up so my small loans was not even getting to the agitator so was not happy about that.

Efficient! This item cleans clothing well within a reasonable amount of time. It uses less water than standard machines and is very quiet, too!

So far it easy to use, machine does a good job of cleaning clothes.

We had been using a Maytag bravos washer and this one is far superior. It actually uses enough water to submerge your clothes and also has the agitator and gets your clothes clean. The active jet is cool to pre treat or add more water to a cycle. Would recommend this washer if you are looking for a new one.

Only giving it 4 stars because the barcode to have it linked to my phone is not working but other than that the washer itself is perfect, water levels and cycles are different from other washing machines and took a little trial and error but it definitely does the job thoroughly cleaning our clothes.

Nicely made machine. Well built. Quiet operation. Easy to Use.

Washer is huge. Not a fan of the water level on normal wash. Can only put a small amount of laundry in at a time. I put more in and use 'deep fill'. Takes more water but you do less loads. This one doesn't have small/mediuam/large choices.

So far has worked very well. Does a good job. Quiet.

My old washer started staining our cloths. So made a quick call to the GeekSquad to get a warranty service. This was done via the GS extended warranty. They had to replace it and weren’t able to fix it. We choose this as our replacement option. Works great and we love our new washer
