This stainless steel back splash that screws into the back of my Samsung Gas Stove was perfect!…. It is deeper than actual add shows & looks like it was there all along ( actually I believe it should have come w/ the stove; but it did not)…… There was a 2” gap between the wall & stove when installers hooked up the stove & it looked terrible; but this piece solved the problem….. I am so glad I was able to find it on Best Buy !!!

The black backguard looks great on my new stainless steel Samsung duo-flex range. I originally wanted the silver one but my wife convinced me to purchase the black one. You can't go wrong with either color. We're happy to we purchased it because it hid the gap between the range and the wall due to the location of the gas line.

Their 3rd party installers forgot to bring this with them on my installation day. Then when schedule an alternate date to bring it out and install it, this time they open the box and it is all scratched up. I have not seen anything as of yet. Not happy with many items of my install.

It’s unbelievable that I had to purchase something that should have came with the stove to begin with. Then because it didn’t come with the stove I would have had to pay $39.99 for the Geek Squad to come put it on even though I pay a yearly fee for their service. I could not see the product because neither the Gainesville or Ocala Fl locations had one in stock that we look at. So I was very disappointed. Thought you guys were better than that. Guess I was wrong
