Picture quality is ok, volume is terrible, I turn mine up to as high as 46 and its still low, compared to my previous Samsung its not comparable, which I did not expect since they are both Samsung..

I love this new tv. It was easy to set up==the picture is clear and sharp. I've bought other tvs here and have always been satisfied with the products and in store associates.

This tv is used in a small bedroom so it is the right size with a good picture

I purchased the tv at best buy because of price, reputation, and your sales people. I hope nothing goes wrong with it. I also have a 2year warranty. The hook up was easy. Samsone is a top brand and that's the reason of my choice. I'll stick to best buy for all of our future purchases. TONY QUATROCHI

This is a very basic TV: no internet capabilities. I bought is as a gift for my tech-challenged mother, so the absence of bells and whistles that might lead her astray was actually a plus. For this purpose, it is a very good value.

This television set is a good bargain for the price. Samsung has been a reliable manufacturer for quite some time. I would recommend this television to anyone that needed a tv with fair size, fair quality and visuals and a fair price point.

I am a college student and this was one of my first big purchases on my own and was a little reluctant. I am still loving my purchase and extremely happy I went with my gut instead of going with the cheaper option. Proud customer!!

Looked for and found TV for our bedroom, although sale rep tried to talk us into a higher quality model. This one works for our purpose and I am glad I found it while they were looking for the higher quality/priced model. Pays to walk around the store.

This TV was a gift. The person I bought it for is very happy with it. I haven't seen it yet but I'm glad it met expectations. The only complaint I have is the insistence that I complete a review. It's maddening to continually get emails from BB to submit a review. So, great tv, annoying reseller.

Guillermo at the Cedar Hills Store just seemed to know what size and type of TV I needed and did not try to upgrade me to more TV than I wanted. Due to the Black Friday rush, he immediately put aside the TV I was wanting before they were all sold out. Then we could continue discussing the benefits.

I got this TV because it has an excellent picture and was very reasonably priced. Also the fact that it is not a smart TV with all those extra features that I neither needed or wanted was a big plus. It was easy to put together and to hook up to my cable system. The only negative I am encountering is the sound which is sometimes limited because the speakers are in the rear and are aimed downwards. I am considering a sound bar but hate to spend the extra money. I will say that the Smart TV in this size would have had the same problem. However, overall I would still recommend this TV if you are looking for a new one.

Bought this TV for our Football tailgating and everyone said it was great.

I own a 51 inch Samsung plasma that is my main living room tv. I needed one for the bedroom. This was a steal for the price and even has component inputs to accommodate older devices. Highly recommended as a secondary house tv.

I ordered online one day, and was able to pick it up the next day. There was some damage on the screen, but when I returned it, I had no problem getting a replacement. The only issue I had was waiting in the store for an hour and a half for someone to bring me the replacement television.

Not a 5 star only because nothing is perfect - great tv at a great price

I buy an open-box Samsung Tv. The display quality is pretty good. Only problem is that they do not include IR extender cable in the package. Yet I do not have time to talk to customer service for the missing IR extender cable this week. Hope it is not too late when I have time in the future.
