Was purchased as open box, so already had a scratch or two on the back. However, picture is perfect and clear. Went from a 60hz plasma to 120hz LED, and would never go back to old tv. The sound bar also is much better set up, and allows for a fuller/deeper sound for bass yet no loss in the treble. Much better than other manufactures that I've seen.

I bought this television when my other broke, but I've always enjoyed Samsung products and found this television for a very good price and when I set it up I noticed a high quality picture as well as high quality sound.

The TV was in stock and priced as advertised. The checkout process was quick and friendly and the product worked well right out of the box. Samsung is, and has been the best picture, in our opinion. We own two other Samsung TVs and no matter what the claim is from other brands, when placed side by side, the Samsung will always stand out.

This is a must have. It is a great deal. The picture is very clear. The menu is easy to use. I have owned several televisions, but this is at the top of my list. If you are looking for a great deal, this is one. Trust me, this is a wonderful product. You will be pleased.

I bought this TV for my grandma and she loves it. It has a good picture and is easy for her to use.

I'm currently using this as my primary gaming TV, it's doing great for not having the bells and whistle of a Smart TV or the motion rate of higher end ones. I don't really mind because my games look pretty good and with the right teaking you'll get a stellar picture!

I'm a Samsung fan, so when I needed to replace my old Samsung TV, I naturally went to Best Buy. I didn't need anything fancy, just a good basic unit. The 40 class is a good unit for the price. I would have liked more rear inputs. I have an old school Aiwa receiver with no optical input. I found an adapter on Amazon so I now have great audio through my Aiwa. This is a great second screen for those who already have a 50 or 60 inches.

I knew that Samsung makes great televisions, having friends with Samsungs. (Mine is LG.) My girlfriend needed a (first) flatscreen, and Best Buy had a GREAT price. The picture is CRISP, CLEAR, and EXCEPTIONAL. The sounds is FANTASTIC. An overall EXCELLENT television. A perfect CHRISTmas gift. She and her young adult children LOVE it.

An old cathode ray tube tv needed to be replaced. I researched for a while and then stumbled upon this tv before Christmas, 2015. The purchase process was easy, pick up seamless, installation was less than 5 minutes. Auto program for over the air stations was good, but eventually needed to get an enhanced antenna to bring in more channels.
