Very good tv which is priced less. Samsung is known for its quality and so is this TV. I bought this during the thanks giving and connected xbox to this. Have not had any issue with the picture quality

Honestly, for the price ($330) I expected a much bulky, older version of a Samsung flat-screen, but was pleasantly surprised to find that was not the case. It's an excellent basic flat-screen that is easy to use yet thin and modern. And you can't beat the price!

Received this at great price in bundle deal with XBox One. Arrived on time and with no damage. Wish there was an option to have packaging covered when sent. They delivered it in original box and it was a present. Thankfully, kids were not home when it came.

I had a 32 inch Samsung and then bought a SMART 32 inch for the bedroom. The smart TV was rather unresponsive so I bought a Fire TV from Amazon and it works like a dream. So I wanted to buy a bigger set for the living room and again chose Samsung because I like the picture quality and the price was right. I have a Roku box for the living room which works seamlessly with this TV even though the Roku is old. I definitely recommend Samsung products I love their TVs. They do not make a 48 inch so I think the next size from 40 is 50. Anyway great TV and got it at a good price.

This is my second Samsung TV, great picture quality with acceptable sound quality, not much space inside for great speakers so I didn't expect too much.

These LED TVs by Samsung look amazing. I had an old LCD TV and upgraded to this LED, it is stunning compaired to the LCD tv. Contrast is sharp and crisp, colors look more vibrant compaired to LCD. If you have an LCD tv, I recommend you upgrade to an LED tv.

I don't watch a lot of TV, so when I moved cross country and needed a new TV, I was looking into buying something relatively cheap and simple. I thought I would be ok with a 40''. So I got an open box. To my surprise, when I unboxed the TV I thought it was incredibly small. When I put it in place I noticed the screen was bulging out a little and the light from behind the TV was coming out. That was a clear defect and I had to take it back. The interesting thing is that it was an open box "verified by Geek Squad". Then I took it back to a Best Buy store and exchanged it for a 50'' Sharp, but while I was there they tested the TV on the floor. They kept asking me what was wrong with the TV and I told them repeatedly it was on the upper side of the screen, so they couldn’t see it while it was on the floor. They should lift it to a height they could see the upper side of the screen from below. They ignored me and I heard a guy saying "this TV is just fine". It probably returned to the floor to be sold as an open box verified by Geek Squad one more time to another customer that would invariably return it later. Other than that, the TV itself was good and beautiful.

This TV was bought for my grandma as her previous one was too small! Who says the older generation can't enjoy the same things as the younger ones? She is so happy with it and how well the picture looks!

I owned another brand and it just quit after about 18 months....warranty ran out?? So I decided to upgrade to the Samsung and I really enjoy the better quality of picture. Not a smart TV, but then it's got a dummy operator, so we match.

Great HD LED tv for the money! We had tried a Samsung 55" and didn't like having to use the Samsung website to connect and picture was not as seen in the store, but we decided to try the 40" for a second bedroom. It's perfect! Good size and great picture.

I did a lot of research on TV's this holiday season as I needed to buy two new ones. After much review of features, brands and quality, I was pleased to find this one at Best Buy for a great price for my daughter's Christmas gift. She is thrilled with it!

I purchased this model to upgrade to a larger screen size. I did not require SMART features of other more expensive models; hence, it satisfied my needs at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Great smart television and works great with other Samsung devices. It was disappointing that the product showed up damaged but Best Buy took care of it right away. Great in person customer service. The phone customer service was very rude and of no help. I called the store and they took care of it right away. UPS was rude as well.

Got this for my son for Christmas. He currently has it hooked up in his media room to his game systems. It is the second largest of his TVs but is now his favorite. (He has a projection) some problems with getting the stand connected because we didn't have a long enough screw driver. But that wasn't the tvs fault. Overall a great product.

I've always owned Sony televisions, but the Samsung models are just as good and far less expensive. I bought this one for my den and find I watch it as much, if not more than the 48" in my living room.

Through work, I come into contact w/many satellite installers and even participate in installation ride-alongs/observations. After seeing hundreds of different TV's in dozens of homes, the superior picture quality of Samsung becomes extremely noticeable.

Im normally a sony guy.. wanted a new 40 inch tv but was looking only for LED.. sony didn't have a 40 LED,, samsung was my second choice and I LOVE it. nice TV.. awesome picture. and the speakers are awesome. not junkie like the other cheap tv's I looked at..
