Our 10 year old 40” samsung began to have intermittent issues so we decided to replace it rather than fix it. This new one is really nice with Netflix and amazon prime built in. No regrets whatsoever.

I was looking for a 4K resolution and 120 motion rate TV that would fit a specific area and the Samsung 40" was a perfect match with an inch to spare. The picture is great and the TV was easy to install.

TV was purchased for my mother-in-law, who is technologically challenged. It's very easy to use. She has no complaints. It has a beautiful picture, very detailed. She loves to watch baseball games on it.

I really like the TV, but I don't like the fact that I can't find a way to turn on the TV without the remote. I tend to be hard on remotes and they stop working. On the other hand, I am enjoying the big clear picture. The sound is clear and loud enough for me. A co-worker recommended the tv.

The picture is very sharp & clear. The colors are vibrant. It even makes old black & white shows look better ( Perry Mason, Andy Griffith Show, I Love Lucy, etc.) I am very happy with this television.

My husband and I viewed this tv quite a few times before purchasing it. I was amazed at the color and the clarity of it. I said it looks like a post card and I want it. Now I want a larger size!!

The TV is all you could ask for, great color, smart TV feature set up was very easy and the smart controller is excellent. I would highly recommend this unit for a bedroom or dorm room.

Purchased this tv on sale for 450.00 and set was easy and picture is great. Apps are easy to install and easy to navigate through the menus. Would recommend this television to anyone.

This 40" 4k 2160 UHD was the right size for our bedroom. Although not the latest model (it doesn't have HDR for example and the motion rate is only 120), it was readily available and was on sale ($50 off) when I decided to buy it. The picture quality is good and color is just okay.

I bought this TV to use in my garage in front of the treadmill. The only reason I bought this TV was because it was a great price and an open box by and resulted in a 15% discount over the regular price. The picture quality is good, but nothing out of the ordinary

The image this tv has is crystal clear. And they were definitely not kidding about the sound.
