||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After reading reviews with Netflix loading issue i was skeptical. uppn using for the last month i have no Netflix streaming issues only the Samsung smart hub takes 2 minutes to warm up after you turn on the TV if it has been off for a while before you can access any of the apps.

This TV has met our expectations and doesn't have the same issues that earlier models had a few years before which prevented them from connecting to wifi. We our very pleased with this purchase.

Great TV for our bedroom

The girl that took care of us answered all our questions and was very courteous and I would recommend Best Buy and the service we received at your store.

The salesperson sold us on the glare resistant screen which is as he stated. We like it. The installer did a great job and showed us how to use the TV which was not hard as he set it up to function just as our old set functioned. Thank you.

Returned it and bought something else
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The picture was never particularly vivid, the interior antenna we purchased only brought in four channels (the same antenna brings in about 14 on the TV we exchanged this one for), and it was impossible to access the smart TV menu at all. Must've been a defective unit. Best Buy was great about taking it back. We purchased something completely different.
