I first bought last years model of this TV to save some money. Screen was black and yellow. Best Buy thought bad processor. Switched it out for this one (+$100 to boot) and love this one!

We have been enjoying this TV for over 2 years. When we went to a smart TV this one was moved to the man cave and it works well. The sound was not good at all and had to get a sound bar, which is a bit of a hassle. Overall I would recommend a Samsung TV

Bought on line with in store pick-up. Best Buy was the "best". Pick up went very smooth compared to other stores in town. In and out in less than 5 minutes. The pick up desk was fast and brought item out to car. I can't ask for any better.

average value in a digital TV, sets up nicely, sound is not a stand-out

Pretty much a basic 1080p smartTV nothing fancy. I don't have cable I usually watch Netflix and Youtube videos and other service provider. The remote response kinda lag it not as quick as I expect it to be. Once powering up the TV the WIFI needs time to load and connect.

This is a decent t.v. i had some issues in set up with the screws not screwing in correctly. After some messing around got in installed on the stand correctly. Wanted the sony tv instead of this one but they didn't have it in stock. Since it was for my mom, she didn't care the brand.

This was my first flatscreen tv purchase, and since I don't watch much tv, when I bought it I didn't imagine I'd care that much about the clarity and vibrancy of colors and overall picture quality. Within a couple days, however, I emailed the Best Buy saleslady who'd helped me to ask about how to return it. Even on HD channels the reds took on a brownish hue, and the screen overall had a grainy quality to it. I ended up exchanging it for the Sony 4K 43", and the difference in picture quality isn't subtle. It's like night and day. The Sony is about 300 bucks more, but I discovered it's money well spent.

I have owned Samsung TV's for the past 7 or 8 years. They always outperform my expectations. I find the audio better than most, but still use a sound bar for movies etc.

This is the 4th Samsung 40" I have purchased for our bedrooms and we couldn't be happier with the picture and sound. We have all Samsung 4K smart TVs throughout our home and have not had any complaints or issues.

The setup was pretty easy. This has an eco brightness default setting. Took us by surprise when brightness changed when light in room changed. You can over ride but have left alone and image is fine. Early on but no quality issues and prior samsungs have performed well

The set-up was simple, although the connections listed are not all available. The TV takes a long time to handshake with WiFi and once connected, unit sometimes exits the WiFi programming to standard program channel unexpectedly. There appears to be software issues.

I knew I wouldn't go anywhere else when I was looking for a new television. With the help of the associate I found the one that was right for me. Thank you Best Buy!

This is my 2nd Samsung Tv. We are really impressed with SAMSUNG. The best thing is they can remotely fix things from their service center over the internet. I am stuck on SAMSUNG. I won't buy any other brand

Has a great picture. This is a replacement for another one that we had just like it that only lasted about two years with very light use. Only time will tell if it was just a fluke or if this is a bad product.

this is the first smart TV we purchased and it seems very complicated to use. I am not a techy person so i needed something easy to use, but this is very complicated. so my husband put it in the den for his use

I like the product but find that the picture doesn't always fit the frame even after working on adjustments. Also, the coordination of the remote with my Dish remote is a bit of a challenge, but I think that is something that I ought to be able to figure out.

Decent tv. Feels over priced because of the brand reputation

TV is lighter in weight but picture is not as clear as the TV it replaced. I wasn't able to get the discount from the Black Friday sales because it was 2 days over the 15 day allowance period. I was unaware that I could do this by phone instead of in the store.

This was a nice improvement for our bedroom tv and fits in simple space. Remote is easy to use , it coupled with sound bar nicely and the smart tv interface to the internet was easy to start and operate.

my niece love this tv she get to watch all her shows on line without she laptop now I have to go and get her brother one
