Love the "smart" features, but the picture is average and the default video settings are not very good. I had to look online for better settings. Getting a good picture should not be this complicated.

I love this tv. I'm able to watch all of my movies on Netflix, Hulu and Amazon and even on the net. My only wish is that Comcast would make their online streaming compatible with it but otherwise I love it.

I had a problem with my last TV. I had it protected using Geek Squad. They were unable to fix it but were able to upgrade my TV at no cost. They suggested this TV and it was a great choice by them.

this was a great shopping experience. I bought online, did a store pick up, got an extra $30 off because of price compare. The TV is exactly what I wanted and needed. Easy to set up and use. SMART CHOICE.

This has turned out to be a great buy at $120.00 off full price and a 40" Samsung Smart TV at that. Will be going back to Best Buy for a wall mount but hoping to get that at one of there many sales.

My parents, my fiancé's parents and I were looking at the same TV to buy. Two of us out of the three baught... and we're happy. This TV is good all around. *don't buy this TV for its smart features

This is my fourth Samsung TV, and it shares the reliability and quality I've come to expect. The smart hub can be a bit clunky to navigate at first, but other than that it's pretty much perfect.

I purchased the TV for my mother for her birthday. The evening of her birthday, while attempting to "setup" the TV I found that the remote control was defective. The universal remote for the cable would not work for setting up the TV. Therefore, I could not do anything with it. I understand that this is a common problem. My only alternatives were to wait 14 days for them to send a new remote control OR pack it up return the entire TV (30 miles away) to exchange for another. I chose the latter (they did not have anymore of this specific TV) and chose an entirely different brand. It seemed like a nice TV but I wasn't willing to take the chance of another faulty remote control.

I've never reviewed an item before,so far so good.

I'm still learning the many facets of this TV. It is still Smarter than I am, but I'll get there. Like everything else technical, when the Grandchildren visit, I have another learning experience.

Good picture, nice wide viewing angle. Got this for our bedroom and it is perfect. Best part, connects wirelessly to internet. Loved that. Super easy to set up. 2nd Samsung. Super happy with it.

I gave it 5 stars because it's exactly as expected.. The picture is not as good as our 4k Samsung but we didn't expect that. It definitely serves the purpose of that extra tv for the bedroom.

I used my with a large antenna in my attic, analog cable from Comcast, and with a mediasonic HW 150 pvr. The PVR works like DVR for a antenna, records on a flash drive or external hard drive.

Jason was extremely helpful in identifying what we needed to replace our 30+ year old console tv and what other items we needed to use the rest of our equipment. Everything works and sounds great.

the service was great. bought a different tv first. salesman suggested a smart tv, but I said n . got home and deceided salesman was right. went back exchanged for smart tv. couldn't be happier.

Overall good TV, however only able to input one device at a time in back of set. Also check position of TV base to see if it fits your current stand.

We have metal studs, so the apartment maintenance guy came to install it. He was done in 10 minutes. The mount is strong enough to not budge when I gave it a hard pull. No problems after 2 months.

Had a issue with my TV. They had great customer service. Explained things I didn't understand and took care of my needs. I always get the geek squad. Protection plan. They are also wonderful.

I purchase this TV for the "hub" so I wouldn't need another Roku to organize my streamed channels. However, navigating the hub is far more work than a Roku. One of my favorite channels is CBS All Access and I cannot get the new TV to find my location, which it needs to figure out my local CBS channel. Typically, the people at Best Buy in the TV department have no idea how to do it, and they don't have a TV hooked up to normal streaming to check it out.

It works fine if you plan to use it as a secondary "bedroom" tv. Cons: It takes forever to connect to Netflix after you power it up. Pros: The image is fine and it looks nice. You get a brand name & decent size for a small price.
