Loved the picture quality - it is great. Sound quality fair. Smart aspect not so good. Big problem was picture would go black with no sound for seconds at a time. Repeating this sometimes 5 or 7 times in a row. Totally random occurrence. Sony customer service was no help. Now out of warranty.

Buy it for the TV not the Smart Hub

Tried for 5 days and all I got was Smart Hub is updating. They have a feature that can connect to tech support for them to diagnose, but it refuses to connect to Samsung servers. Looking for an update to install results in you have latest software installed.
