    When you turn the tv on and try to connect to Netflix it takes awhile to connect. Makes for a VERY cranky 3 year old.

    We had the television mounted on the wall, and when we turned it on half of the screen was black.. We immediately took it back to Best Buy, a few days after Christmas and they said we had to send it back to Samsung. They gave me no help in doing that. It is still in the box in my garage and may be thrown out.
