Overall good TV, good picture quality, nice features with the smarthub and sports mode.

Wanted a good inexpensive 40" smart TV with a 120 HZ refresh rate for my office/gym. This fit the bill perfectly. Haven't had it long enough to speak to its reliability, but my main tv is a Samsung DLP that I bought over 10 years ago and is still working great so I have no reason to believe this one won't be reliable, as well.

This is the Tv we should have purchased in the first place. After dealing with a smart blu-ray player for two years we finally up graded to the smart TV and everything is so much easier. Excellent quality all around. My husband loves it. Will always buy Samsung.

Honestly, I was looking for the same Samsung TV I was replacing so I could easily fit it on my stand. And that did work! But this TV has such great picture quality that I find myself distracted, as I pay more attention to the beautiful images than to what I'm watching. Great TV! And it was on sale when I walked into the store.

It has the best color I have ever owned . Also the smart Hub works but takes some effort getting it started. I never got the emanual to print to my printer(it is not wireless). My only vexing problem was with Netflix. It would keep loading and never finish. The solution was simple but I had to find out myself that standard picture mode works for Netflix. The Geek squad seemed clueless. Printing the Emanual would have helped.

I purchased this TV as a replacement for the 40" Samsung that I had for about 5 years and finally died. I picked this one entirely because of the price (black friday deal) and because I've had good luck with Samsung. But this TV has a better picture and does tons more than the Sony I purchased for my daughter for $200 more.

This was purchased as a bedroom set replacing a very old first generation flat screen. To say this set is a spectacular improvement is an understatement. The colors and sharpness of the picture make the images so lifelike you may forget you are watching a TV.

Okay here is my review, and it is a different one than most. I found this product to be A #1 awesome. Picture was fantastic, a very "Smart" TV. But.......in less than a week I broke it!!!!. I have never had a Smart TV before and did not heed the warnings on the box, and manuals. I accidentally tapped the screen with the DVD player when I was mounting it, and .....Spider webs......I was in shock. I mourned it's passing as if it were a friend. With all of that said, if you do get one of these fragile pieces of futuristic electronics, heed the warnings. And yes.... as soon as I pay this one off, and get out of the doghouse where I've been living for the past few weeks, I will purchase another.

I was looking for a larger TV for my wife who currently has a 19" TV in her home office. I also wanted the ability to access the internet. After reviewing the different sizes I found the 40" Samsung Smart TV was the best value. After installing it on a wall mount, it has worked out perfectly and met all my expectations.

Great smart TV. I will rate it five If more applications are available

As my family watches a lot of sports we did our due diligence in reviewing quite a few different tvs before deciding in this Samsung TV. The picture is awesome and the sound is not bad. This TV have a sports mode setting in it which for games makes you feel like you are actually at the game. Good TV made.by samsung

We replaced a 20 year old large tube 32 inch tv with this set. It had great raeviews and we were not disappointed. We've had it over 3 weeks now and everything we've watched has been great from sports, movies, animated shows,.... It's a great TV.
