Great resolution, disappointing quality

The picture quality and sound have been as advertised, but the reliability/durability...not so much. We are now on our 3rd tv of the same kind as the screen went out on the first two (one within a couple months of owning it). Fortunately, we had the protection plan,so we were able to get replacements each time. The Geek squad service was great...our only complaint is that we had to repurchase the coverage after each instance (even though there were multiple years left on the plan). In the future, we will not be getting another Samsung television.

Perfect size for a bedroom and so simple to setup. The picture quality is excellent. We loved it so much that when it was on sale again we picked up another for the other bedroom!

The picture is clear, bright, and vivid. The sound is good. Connecting to the PlayStation or DVD player was easy. And so was TV set up. It was also easy to physically set up. Over all I'm pretty pleased with the quality.
