Easy to install, crisp picture, great price point. Still messing around to get the contrast and brightness right. Seems to be quite dark when viewing and a bit disappointed at the default. Still worth the investment.

My second 40" Samsung Smart tv

The most important thing: quality of the picture is still excellent, although the housing and stand are flimsy and cheap looking in comparison. The upgrade on this one is the built-in WiFi with an increased selection of apps, including Amazon and Acorn that I couldn't access before through the LAN. Unfortunately the previous tv developed double vision which I could have fixed except that I stripped several screws in trying to remove a vital part that covered the ribbon that could be adjusted, and was dead in the water. So, now I've upgraded for better streaming access, but the tv itself looks cheap. It's fine for my purposes and you can't beat the Samsung picture quality! I've given it 5 stars just for that.

Great resolution & sturdy stand
