Great upgrade

Cracked inside panel
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Upon removing TV from box and turning it on, discovered screen had a spider crack stretching entire width and was not noticeable with screen off. The Asst. Mgr. questioned me about how I transported the TV and told me SAMSUNG holds liable the customer if it is not transported on its side (thin part of box) not on front or back since screens are thin and can flex. Told him I transported it on it's back. BB replaced the TV but before leaving brought up a new exact model, unboxed and plugged in to find the same spider crack in the same place... Obviously not my fault and asked him if he'd seen this type of damage before and he answered "yes". Said that when a product travels thousand's of miles by sea, land and air from KOREA that damage can occur... Third TV worked out just fine, glad they had so many in stock.

A great Televison Set

Enjoying the large picture and the HD
