It took me about 1 /2 hours on the phone with Samsung to set up the TV, this was my first Smart TV. Customer service was patient.

Wouldn't put this tv in my living room. But does a great Job for video games and secondary viewing when living room tv is being used

I bought this tv for my living room. My only problem with it is the sound. The sound doesn't travel well to where we sit, so I would recommend an additional sound system.

I have always purchased Samsung TV's and recently purchased a 70 inch LG HDTV 4k and the viewing is terrible from any angle other than directly in front of the tv. So when my old Dell tv went on me I decided to go back to my Samsung TV for our upstairs bonus room where guest stay so that they could watch TV in private. I'm very pleased with this TV and the picture is great. I would recommend it.

This is the first time in over 25 years that I bought a TV, so I was somewhat overwhelmed by the options and choices before me. I did some online reading of reviews and features and concluded that I wanted a Samsung Smart TV. Very happy with my choice. I was able to set it up without assistance in a very short time period.

great tv. picture very sharp and color is also very vivid

I may be a little biased b/c of the extremely good deal I got on this TV (floor model, clearance, 80 bucks in rewards) however, if I had purchased this TV at full price I would be satisfied. The picture is of great quality and the sound is adequate...no issues having to turn way up to hear. I love this TV.

The only issue we have with the tv is that they do not last for a long time but, none of the brands we have tried do. Just a bad sign of the electronic and appliance times.

Samsung has a beautiful picture and is easy to use.

I purchased this TV for a smaller space. Has lots of bells and whistles at a great price.

Reviewing this product after 7 month usage and now i can say samsung TV is awesome... It can connect wireless with my cell phone as well as my Laptop through screen Mirroring...with wifi i directly watch youtube video. Picture and sound quality is excellent...

This is a great tv the only set back may be that's it's a lil confusing at first. But once u get the hang of it its wonderful.

I searched Sony, LG, and Samsung brands in the store and decided on Samsung based on price and all of the features it offered. The home installation to cable and internet service was very easy and getting the "smart TV" function made it easy to hook up to Amazon and Netflix apps. HD Picture quality was excellent.

I had my old CRT TV for over 20 years. Finally decided to get a flat screen. Best Buys agreed to get fid of old faithful, it must have weighed 200+ pounds and deliver the new Samsung. I did the set-up and install myself, nothing to it. In less than 20 min it was up and running. Only hold back, we do not have HD service from Comcast yet. Still, picture resolution, color, and tint are very good.

Excellent picture using for gaming and TV for kids. Easy to hook up and great quality.

Nice picture it was easy to set up. It was also easy to connect with my router.
