There is very little delay when changing channels when first turned on. My other smart tv has a delay when first turned on.

Finally, I got a TV that has good sound in a long room. This Samsung 40 inch replaced a Sony 32 inch that had terrible sound. When I first turned it on, I was more than happy to have a better speaker system. Sony and Samsung are my go to equipment items, but it seems that Samsung comes out on top most of the time.

My son wanted a "smart" TV for Christmas and so he chose this one and loves it.

Paid $369 for this tv, can't get a better tv for tha money. Samsung is quality!

The TV works well and has a good picture. The Wi-Fi internet access works as described without any issues. Overall I'd have to say the TV is a good buy, except for the audio, which I think SUCKS. It sounds thin and tinny. Although there are several audio settings to choose from in the setup software, none of them deliver a rich, full sound. That's my only disappointment.

Met or exceeded all of my expectations. Installed a competitor sound bar, and had no issues with installation or compatibility! So far it has been a nice unit!

I like this new TV I just have to upgrade on my surround sound and VCR I can't enjoy a new TV with surround sound.

I ordered a tv from Amazon at first, and it arrived with a shattered screen (from the inside). I quickly returned it, and decided that some electronics are better bought at a store and not online. Growing up, my dad bought most of our major entertainment electronics from Best Buy, so this was my go to score. I browsed their prices online, and the quality of TVs and decided it was worth my time. I found the closest Best Buy store, and upon entering, someone was already will to help me make a choice. The sales attendant was very thorough in explaining technical terms, and helping me compare models. I honestly walked out of that store happy with my purchase (no post purchase anxiety at all). The only annoying thing was it took the store forever to find someone help me get the TV to the car, and in the end, I ended up 'wheelcarting' it out of the store myself.
