Bought it on Black Friday on an amazing price, so I was amazed that it surpassed my expectations. It's easy to assemble and user friendly for those of us that are a little bit of technologically challenged. Plus, the screen quality is great! I would recommend it.

Bought it for a Christmas gift. Haven't seen it or heard from the person I bought it for.

Good pictures , good smart HDTV , so far I like this TV .

So far, this television is very good. Nice picture. I hope that it lasts since my last Samsung television only lasted 2 years before the backlight went out on it. It seems like a common problem with the LED TV's these days. I normally don't buy the extended warranty but this time I purchased the 5 year one just in case. Time will tell.

I would totally recommend this television. It's a very good TV and I'm quite happy with it.

First TV had a burning smell from the moment I first turned it on. After two weeks, I finally brought it back and exchanged for same set. New one seems to be working fine. This is not the best set in the world but good value for the money and it is a Smart TV. Last Samsung TV I had lasted 16 years ... we'll see about this one.

I bought this for a guest room tv, but needed it to be between 40" & 48" sadly Samsung didn't have something under 48" but bigger then 40". It's a great smart tv for doing what it does. I'd recommend it. I only wish it was bigger but sadly it had to fit in an akward spot. Smart TV's are the way to go. It makes everything easier!

Works really well for a bedroom tv. Works great with the included apps along with the PS4.

This TV has a great crisp and clear picture. I had to adjust the picture settings twice and it was clear sailing from there. I have not yet tried the web browser, but I am extremely pleased with the TV overall. I would definitely recommend this model to others.

Love this new TV, great picture. If I have a complaint it's that there's no button on the remote to adjust the picture size on old movies to stretch to fill the screen. Other than that, great. If you are a PBS fan, know their app is not in the Smarthub. I bought a $30 ROKU for the PBS app. It is also easier to navigate.

Previously purchased a samsung smart tv. I loved this tv so much, I purchased a second one.

The brilliance on this tv is amazing. Love the smart hub applications, makes for easy access to all my favorites!

I am happy with my purchase, the TV has a great picture. I mounted it on my wall quickly and everything was great out of the box. My only comment would be that the power cord it comes with is quite short so have an extension cord handy when setting it up.

This was a gift for my son for Christmas. He uses it for his Xbox and he says it is great

The TV was delivered and I set it up. It's in a bedroom and not watched everyday. After about 26 days of infrequent viewing, I noticed what seems to be a crack or deep scratch in the screen. Since I use the remote to operate the TV, I was not close enough to the screen to notice the crack. I found it by accident. I don't know how this happened. It may be a defect that showed up after being turned on a few times or possibly it came like that. I called Best Buy and they said they have a 15 day return policy. Since 26 days had passed, they would not do anything. I'm stuck with a defective screen and on my own to find a solution. Nine days after the return period and no help from Best Buy. Since I had the TV for such a short time, some consideration from Best Buy would seem reasonable. Check your purchases carefully as soon as you receive a product from them or you too could be on your own.
