Looked at a lot of TVs and this was the perfect size, the base was what I was looking for, the picture quality is great, and the price was right. Once again PERFECT!

Happy with the picture, but also needed to use the USB playback for business. A Vizio TV I have supports more audio and video formats so I had to reencode a number of the files to be compatible with the Samsung.

We Use this tv in my back yard and bring it in when not in use. It connects easily to my home wifi so I can stream content from the Internet. Great picture and sound. A+.

This is my 4th TV purchasing for our family. We have a Samsung TV in all rooms and have never had any problems. I highly recommend this TV over any other brand.

Great picture and sound. Automatic network connection and setup steps were easy to follow. Wish I could figure out how to easily adjust picture ratio to get full printed lines at bottom of screen. Overall, a great buy.

This tv was just what I was looking for. I had a space large enough for a 40". I also wanted a name brand. My last tv was an off-brand and the screen looks washed out and the resolution was garbage. Not so with this one. The colors are vivid and the resolution is great. The speakers aren't bad for built-ins either. My only complaint is there are only 2 hdmi ports and I really need 3. One for the satellite, one for the blue ray player and one for casting, such as chromecast. Some tvs have a casting program built in but this didn't, so a device has to be inserted into an hdmi port. With only 3, one will often need to be switched out. Kind of a pain. Apart from the hdmi ports I love the tv. I would definitely buy another samsung tv!

I bought this tv for my kids room. It definitely has the quality you expect from Samsung products. Clear picture n crisp sound for my kids gaming & streaming movie needs.

Decided to buy just before black friday and still got a pretty great deal for this samsung quality. Wish i would of purchased a 50" but the 40" will do just fine

This set delivers for the money. The negative reviews i've are out of line and hyper critical. The picture and functionality are great right out of the box.

I received this Samsung tv as a birthday gift from my Son and wow what a surprise! I'm truly enjoying the clarity of the a larger screen tv and all of its features.

Very happy with this purchase. The sale price for the features offered was very good. I got more for my money after looking at several different stores and models.

This TV was in stock at another store. I was able to purchase and pick it up the next day. I was able to assemble and set up the TV with no problems. The audio and video is very good. I was able to link with my wi-fi very easily. All of this said.....I am a 72 year old woman who is not very tech savy......so to me this was a miracle that it was so easy. I am needless to say very satisfied with my purchase.

Bought 2, one for each kid. My son uses his for gaming (ps4). The detail is amazing. Images are sharp. Sound is clear. It is a good size TV for a 12x14 size room.

My last analog TV died on me. So after a recent SUDTV from Samsung, I decided to go down a level for my den. This TV was on sale for about the same price as a lower feature containing Samsung so I purchased it.
