I bought this TV after the holiday and cyber Monday sales were over. Still got the TV at the sale price. Satisfied with the product and service.

In the past I have always bought a Sony TV, but this was for a standalone bedroom without any other electronics. This TV was easy to install. This is my first SMART TV. I was able to connect with the internet and U-Verse quickly and easily. So far, after a week, it is as good as all the Sony TV's I have ever bought.

This TV is great. It's a good size so I can watch it with no issues from across the room, but it's not gigantic either. Currently I'm only using it to stream shows and movies on, but I'm planning to hook a video game console to it later. The picture is clear and crisp without the weird look that most HD tvs have. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase.

I had purchased a different smart tv before making this purchase, but the remote was too complicated and I wasn't impressed with the quality of picture. When I exchanged it for this one, I couldn't have been happier. The remote is simple (since I only use it for the smart TV feature) and the picture is great!

Easy to use and setup was a breeze. Color is decent for the price.

This was an open item - however it has not given us any problems. The screen is great and the apps are easy to access. Overall a good purchase.

I wanted to upgrade my TV in the bedroom. I was looking for a decent brand and did a littke research and found that this TV had some very good reviews. I use it mainly to watch Netflix and Amazon Prime. I would definitely recommend this TV to anyone looking for an inexpensive smart TV with a great picture and sound

NO other brand should be considered next to a Samsung! Best Buy should be the only place to buy your TV and Computers!

This is a very nice 40" TV with great picture quality. Unlike some other reviews, the stand is quite firm and secure, at least for my 40" model. The Smart feature leaves a little to be improved, though. The response is quite slow, and some apps, such as YouTube, are buggy. It might be better to purchase a non-smart TV and add a Chromecast or something.

I purchase the Bose headphones. Ordered the headphones on line for pickup. Service and quality of headphones is great!

I love the smart tv. However the only downside is that the apps takes some time to load. Other than that, I would recommend it.

Picture is great and setup was a breeze. Very happy with this TV.

The TV was easy to set up and get connected to the internet to start using the Smart TV features. Subsequent uses had trouble connecting to AmazonVideo at first try. It seems the TV has to refresh the internet connection and then after a second try of going to the app it connects. Other than that small issue, I'm pleased with the purchase.
