Great if you ignore smarttv capability

The only downside is the SmartTV function takes about five minutes after it's turned on before you can use them; so if you do streaming like I do, then you'll want to get a roku or an Apple TV, or other such enabled device, which is the only thing keeping it from being 5 stars for me.

Great TV but browser falls short

I did not give this 5 stars simply because the browser does not.play flash and you cannot download it. This prevents me from watching my TV via my cable company app. Fortunately I have a Samsung phone so I can use the screen mirror function to watch.

Samsung 40 TV

There great tvs. For the price that it sells for its well worth it's price. However if you want a better quality picture you probably want to upgrade it to a higher quality. But of course you will have to spend more. But I would recommend it for the price.

Puts me to sleep every night

I do not have cable but it connects well with Hulu and Netflix and even Amazon Prime. It's love. The picture is nice and clear and though it does take a minute for the smart hub to connect, I can be patient.

Great TV

After shopping around I know when beats Best Buy's price. I have owned a couple older Samsung models and I've always been very happy with them. So when we needed to get my dad something for his bedroom this 40 inch fit the bill perfectly.
