The TV is great and very crisp with good color. the only thing i didnt like and reason for only 4 stars is that the smart tv portion is sluggish and slow. the TV has to be powered on for over a minute before you can select an app. However the picture and HDMI ports are immediate

Great HDTV for the price but the Smart part if very disappointing. the Netflix takes a loooooong time to reboot, then is very slooow I have reverted back to my stand alone Samsung DVD / smart unit. web browser is slooooower then dial uP seriously. lame apps available. connected to my computer to play videos, but does not play any of my iPhone videos? seriously lame.

Bought this tv for my bedroom based on reviews that I had read beforehand and because of the price. So far, so good. Based on length of time I have had it so far, this tv is good quality and value. The picture is clear and colors are good. The sound is decent. Size is perfect for the bedroom.

So I purchased this Samsung 42" tv for my dad for Christmas and the best thing about it that I got it for half price at the time, my dad loves it picture quality is great would definitely say I got a steal on this 42" sceeen would definitely recommend to someone looking for a nice tv

I purchased this TV because our old one didn't work anymore and this is a great TV. The picture is nice and I love the smart capabilities. This was a good price for this TV and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice and reasonably priced TV.

Purchased the smaller TV for the bedroom a few days after I purchased the 65" Samsung for the living room. Easy to set up, same great picture as the big TV. I am a confirmed Samsung and Best Buy customer. Absolutely no problems, very satisfied customer.

Sharp and clear picture. We put our Samsung TV in a family room where we do not have a cable box, but we do have a hard-wired internet connection. We use a Roku to get Netflix and Sling with a couple of other free apps to watch TV, It works great.

The best picture I have seen on a television. I couldn't be more satisfied. Like always the excellent sales staff in my store in Mechanicsville, Va, took its time advising an old geezer such as me on how to pick the best product for my individual needs.

As soon as I connected the TV I opened a Netflix trial account that will definitely become a permanent account. This TV has made me fall in love with watching TV again!!! The picture is awesome and the slim design is perfect for the space in my bedroom.

Not a good choice for a theatre system since it doesn't have Mandy hdmi ports but great for a bedroom!

I needed something new after my Vizio died a year into owning it and I decided to go the Samsung route this time. I bought this television at a decent price for the size and quality. Simple thingHoping to not have to buy another one for a long while.

I have always bought Samsung products and they are built to last with no worries.

I was told that it was a little slow to change channels, and that is a little annoying. I just didn't want to spend the extra money to get faster speed. Don't really mind that. Got my Smart TV for a great price. Paid much more a few years ago for the a Samsung that is the same size.

Well, after I got over feeling the TV was in fact smarter than I, I found it to be easy to use and a dream to set it up with WiFi so I could stream Netflix wirelessly. It is everything I wanted. It was even delivered a week earlier than expected.

This is the second one of this tv model I have bought. It fits my needs exactly
